Terry's Plumbing did an excellent job, quickly and at a fair price. On Monday, we could detect a faint gas odor at the front door, so we had Columbia Gas come out and check. They confirmed there was a leak in the line somewhere between the main line and the inside of my house. They shut off the gas, so it was important that I got it repaired quickly, since it still wasn't very warm out. I called around on Tuesday to get some quotes, and Terry's matched the lowest quote, plus they repaired the sidewalk with cement, so I wouldn't have to. They took care of it on Wednesday, and by Wednesday evening the gas was back on. They did a great job in a short period of time. I will definitely use them whenever I need a plumber going forward!

We always use Terry's Plumbing Inc. service. We have been using them for the last 17 years. They reinstalled the disposal after the coutertop and sink was installed because it was at a different height, so it did not go back together properly. They quickly respond to calls. They were the first one that was recommended to us when we first needed a plumber and we have not used anyone else except them because they are very responsive. I would use their service in the future too.

We had a fawcet handle blow off a washtub from corrosion. We turned the water off and called Terry's plumbing on a weekend to repair it. They answered the phone immedialtely and made an appointment to come and repair the fawcet. The plumber was porfessional and easily reapired the fawcet. I thought that a much larger project may have been necessary but the repairman reassured us that a simple fix was in order. In addition he noted that the end cap to a water pipe was leakinga nd he placed a new plug tofix that leak as well. The entire process was very satisfactory.

I called Terry with an emergency on Saturday morning and he completed the job that afternoon. Could not have asked for more prompt and professional service.

The initial visit was $69 and they charged $369 to install the spigots; I thought that was outrageous. He was very professional, they were responsive, but the price was too high. I didn?t get to choose what I wanted; he just had one kind and it is a little plainer than I would have selected. They work fine but the price was high considering how plain they are. They said I was guaranteed but when they came back they said that was just for 90 days.

They were very responsive and called me right back. They were here when they said they would be here. I had a leak issue and whenever they came out it wasn?t leaking, so they couldn?t really figure out what was wrong. They didn?t charge me for coming out. They were very knowledgeable, but didn?t really do anything. They tried everything to get it to repeat what it was doing but couldn?t succeed. They gave me an emergency number to call in case it ever happened again. I would definitely recommend them.

We had to wait for a while to have them come out. They had done everything they said they were going to do. They did the work efficiently. It was covered by insurance, and I didn’t have to pay anything. They dug up the front yard to access our sewer line to remove tree roots. They replaced some of the sewer and repaired the sidewalk. They didn’t completely repair the sidewalk and I had to call them up. Two days later they came out and finished the sidewalk repair. I was happy with their work overall.

They were very prompt, and I was able to get them rapidly. I was very happy that they came on time and did the work. They did a very good job. They were a little expensive. I may not use them again the future because of the price.

Work was easy and if i wasnt going out of town, I would have gone to Home Depot and just did it myself. Because of the price gouging on the strainer, I opted to use another plumber for a subsequent sewer snake.

They are a large company but they treat me like I am a small company. They are very responsive and courteous. They explain things clearly to me so that I know what they are doing and why they are doing it. This helps me understand the problem. They had sent out discount coupons so I had $25 off the price. They are punctual. They call me when they are on their way here and come within the time they say they will come. They are very responsive. When I called them on Monday, they were prepared to come but it was not convenient for me. They seem to be able to handle a job even if it is after office hours.

It is expensive, but they are quite effective. They show up when they are scheduled to show up. The quality of their work is quite high. They clean up the area very well afterwards.

I wasn't very involved but our experience was nothing but positive. It was just one guy and he was very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend their company.

It was fine. This is the third time that I have used them. Their diagnosis was correct and they did it in a prompt manner. They came out the next day after I called them, which was a Saturday.

Chris is the person at the company who is in charge of the tank-less water heaters. He answered my call promptly and came and gave me estimates for both a "normal" water heater and a tank-less one. He explained clearly what work needed to be done, how long it would take and what I should expect when work is completed. After choosing their company to install the tank-less water heater, I had a concern about the original place in the basement where the water heater was to be installed and the vent made. Chris came again and re-evaluated the situation, came up with an alternative place which was great from my point of view and then completed the work as promised within a few hours. I would chose this company again, in particular Chris, because of the quality of his work.

Called 15 minutes before arrival; arrived on time; was polite, thorough & helpful. He's been here before & remembered being here. Completed job & showed me how to do it correctly myself. Price is the base for a service call.

BOTTOM LINE:I WAS OVERCHARGED. AN EMPLOYEE CAME TO LOOK AT THE SHOWER AND DIDN'T HAVE THE PART WITH THEM TO FINISH THE JOB. SERVICE CALL WAS $59. THE OFFICE STAFF NEVER CALLED BACK TO TELL ME THE PART WAS ON BACK ORDER (I CALLED THEM 10 DAYS LATER AFTER NO RESPONSE). THE SAME EMPLOYEE CAME BACK TO INSTALL AND REPLACE VALVE. THE BILL WAS $149 (THEY WOULD NOT BREAK DOWN PARTS AND LABOR - I WAS TOLD IT WAS A FLAT RATE). THERE WAS NO SERVICE CALL CHARGE. THE EMPLOYEE DID CALL BEFORE COMING AND ARRIVED AT THE STATED TIME. THE WORK WAS ONLY GUARANTEED FOR 90 DAYS. THE OWNER DID CALL AND FOLLOWED UP TO SEE IF THE JOB WAS DONE SATISFACTORY; HOWEVER, THE OWNER CALLED BEFORE THE JOB WAS EVEN COMPLETE.

Came the same day I called. Professional and friendly. Completed work in an hour. Disposed of old heater.

My water heater was tagged because the venting system was to low to vent gas properly. I called Terry's Plumbing and they gave me an estimate.

They installed a flexible line and should have installed a hard line. I guess I wanted it to be more by the book however when they followed up with me, I didn't mention it. I haven't had any problems with the work so I would use them again.

I have used them in the past and they have always been prompt and professional. What I really like about them is that they seem to be very straightforward and they don't add charges that are not necessary.

He came right away and his work all seemed to be good. I don t have a basis to compare his price to. He was helpful when I asked him a couple of questions about things and I would highly recommend him.

This company was amazing to deal with. They were professional and courteous and addressed all our questions to our satisfaction. They also let us know that we did not need our furnace replaced as was recommended by another company. I really felt they kept our best interest in mind while not jeopardizing the safety of my family.
