No real problems work performed as was discussed and estimate was vey close to actual price.

I have them on speed dial. I have used them a number of times over the years. I have been using them for the last 10 or 12 years. I have been very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. When I have a heating, air conditioning or plumbing issue, they are the one's that I call. They are great. I will continue to use them.

The technicians were all courteous, prompt, and performed their work in meticulous fashion.

Repaired broken pipes (due to freezing) under kitchen sink. Installed dishwasher. When water turned back on, diagnosed problem with failed cartridge in tub/shower also likely damaged due to cold temperatures.

They came out and replaced our hot water heater. They were professional.

After a clog in the mainline caused a raw sewage flood in the bathroom on a Sunday afternoon, I made numerous calls to different plumbing companies looking for emergency help. I was unsuccessful at finding same day service, but Terry's was the most responsive and reliable company I dealt with. They called back promptly on Monday morning, came to the house when they said they would and quickly fixed the problem without causing an undue financial strain. Thank you!!!!!

Terry was punctual, professional and highly competent. He spotted and fixed the problem quickly. Even called a few days later to confirm things were working fine.

I Called on Saturday night when I saw the dirty water all over the laundry room and Terry said he would be out after church on Sunday. He came out and accessed the situation and then worked from the outside pipe in the rain for about 30 minutes. He was very nice to deal with and I would definitely call him again for any plumbing problems that may arise. I felt he was more than fair and I greatly appreciated his service. I also think the cost was reasonable considering it was a Sunday morning. Thanks Terry!

I was calling local plumbers to learn whether they could design and install a backflow preventor system required by my local water authority for adding a new water meter to be used exclusively for our swimming pool. I'd already called 2 businesses and left voicemail queries, but Terry's receptionist answered, relayed my question to him, and he got on the line. He told me that he'd done this before and could use the same design for us, but then he asked why we needed this. I told him that over the winter, our pool cover had leaked and we needed to drain, clean, and refill the pool and I thought the water would be so expensive that adding a new line to avoid sewage charges would be cost effective. He suggested I contact the water authority to get the estimated water & sewage costs, which might not be as expensive as I'd thought. He also told me that, instead of paying $hundreds to a pool servicer to drain & clean the pool, I could buy a $60 pump at my local Trader Horn, rent a pressure washer, and do it myself on the cheap. He took no money and saved us $hundreds. But when I need work done, he's the first one I'm going to call.

The service man was very knowledgeable and answered all questions, explaining what was needed. He also priced and discussed details of work I chose not to have done at the time. Work was well done and completed in a timely manner.

They were great. I don't recall the price.

First bathtub had been refinished. When plumber cut into the tile on the wall to install new handle and faucet he had nothing down to protect the tub and completely ruined the finish. I pointed this out to him and he argued it was already like that. I had before/after pictures. I presented the pictures to the owner, Terry (who doesn't give out his last name?) he sent out another one of his plumbers to inspect. That plumber looked at the ruined tub and said it would have eventually done this, I guess they just sped up that process. He said it was not their fault. Never did hear from Terry whatever his last name is, for any type of solution. Since the bathtub was rendered useless I ended up calling Bathfitters for new tub. They also had to install their own faucet and handle in order to get lifetime warranty. We called Terry, whatever his last name is, and offered him to buy back the $500.00 never used faucet and handle so we could wash our hands of this whole experience and he simply stated NO, because he cannot resell the "used parts" to anybody else! He was not at all interested in customer satisfaction. I was not able to get any paperwork on the toilet or any products they installed. With Terry's Plumbing, the customer is not right, the customer has no backing! Buyer BEWARE!! I also will never trust a company that charges just to come out, if you don't use them, you're out $69.00.

They were always good and that's who I go to every time I have an issue. They are really easy to work with and are very professional.

He called the Rheem customer service department and was on hold for about 25 minutes. After talking with the Rheem customer service rep for a few minutes, he told me that the heater was broken (no kidding?) and that I would have to get new parts. He gave me a piece of paper with a case number written on it told me I would have to get the replacement parts. He then gave me a bill for $195, which he cut to $170 after I complained since he was there less than an hour, most of the time of which he was on the phone on hold and then was getting a lesson on tankless water heater repair from the Rheem rep.

Professional and finished the job promptly

Installed new toilet - did a good job. Price was WAY TOO HIGH. Then we had asked him to look at the drip in bathroom sink (UPSTAIRS). He looked at wrong sink when UPSTAIRS was clearly marked on work order. When he came back the next day, he tried to sell us a new faucet for another $300.00. I told him to forget it it!! I WILL NEVER USE TERRY'S AGAIN!!! They GOUGE YOU on price!!

It went fine. I was satisfied with the results.

On time professional and the lowest bid

there was a total of 3 visits and there were different men each time. no one really knew what the other one had done. first visit the plumber did everything he could to open the drain with the snake. he was there for almost 1 hour and 1/2. snaking didn't work. the piping was old and it went from a 4" to 3" size. I scheduled the next appt for the following week. I have to drive an hour to reach the house since it's my Mom's who a year ago moved to a retirement community. on all three appts they were either there the last minutes of a 2 hour window, or the last visit they were 10 mins late, not too bad when you live there but I don't and they knew that. I think that they were out of their territory and it would have been better to tell me that. the second visit was an all day operation. 2 men came and took out the old plumbing, lots of hard work and they replaced the old plumbing with new pvc or similar material, replaced section of stack in basement. that's when they found the top of a sippy cup blocking the drain. it was almost to the floor in the basement. it was a real mess with lots of black sluge, they cleaned that up fairly well, using a big metal tub that was there since my dad was living. they filled it with pipe pieces that weighted a ton and the top to my baesment drain. used a kitchen broom that was down there and my dushpan. they said they would get that next trip. then when taking out the old pipe they broke the tee behind the kit sink, on their invoice it said it needed repaired and that they needed to return. so another appt was scheduled. another man and he didn't know actually why he was there. I explained to him what I thought was the problem but gee!! I'm not the plumber. I told him that pipes under the sink leak but we couldn't get them to leak. then I told him I remembered group #2 with the 2 men told me that if the right sink was filled it would leak, so for 4 days my son didn't use the rght side of the kit sink or the washing machine. Ok, so man #4 called one of the men from the second triip to ask what was going on. He was told that if filled the sinkbowl would leak in the basement. after being told they were responsible for breaking the tee and it should be fixed the last man said it wasn't necessary unless I filled the sink high with water. I had him replace 2 valves to outside hoses, he told me before starting the job that I should replace some old pipe going to the outside faucet, well, he realized that he didn't have that on his truck so he just repaired it with the old pipe. the second group, took out an old 2 bowl laundry tub and replaced it with a new one. I can honestly say that each man was very nice and explained everything to me, it's just too bad they didn't explain it to each other.

price was an attempt to gauge me. did not award contract

Company is part of a utilities-based water line insurance plan. They were very responsive when they understood severity of water damage affecting kitchen ceiling. Found lines leaking in fast fashion and repaired. Plumber was very professional. Would definitely have them at our house again, if needed.

I called Terry's Plumbing at 7:55 AM, after finding them recommended here on Angie's List. The receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained their service and the cost for a service call. A plumber was at my house in 30 minutes! He was very professional and explained all of the work and pricing possibilities before he started work. He started with the simplest, most cost-effective fix and it was successful. He seemed very competent. I will definitely use these guys again.

Great workers were always prompt, kept me informed of what they were doing & cleaned up when they were finished each day. Job took 5 days.

Our bath tub backed-up and only began draining at an extremely slow pace after snaking. We added some draino and tested it and it still backed-up. We scheduled Terry's for a couple days later and avoided using the tub. Once the plumber arrived and turned on the water it appeared to work fine...I guess it eventually unclogged itself. So the plumber was there for literally 5 minutes and instead of cutting us a break Terry decided to charge us the full $68 for the visit even though no work was performed...except for turning on the water. This wouldn't have been that awful if it wasn't for the fact that we had been loyal and repeat customers. Unfortunately, not anymore.
