The key fab that came with the car (Alarm) malfunctions from time to time. When I asked them that I would like to exchange the Key Fab for a new 1 I was quoted $102.00 for a New 1. I was like really..So I have to repay for what came with the alarm. When I press the (Un-arm) button on the Key fab my original car alarm goes off and will not let me in my car...So I have to play with it for at least 10 min. The Owner that runs the place (Female) has the WORST Costumer Service attitude I have ever dealt with in my LIFE!! When you tell her what went wrong....She has at least 5 right answers as to what YOU did wrong and they are Superior over their actions! So me and her Husband agreed that we were to part ways. NEVER said anything to me about the $500.00 alarm the never FIXED or REPLACED. Dios Te Bendiga...

Extremely poor service. Never happened. I left an unsatisfied customer. Very unhappy.

They were very helpful! We had a minor issue but Team Nutz was very helpful in investigating the issue and resolved all problems per my request. I'm very happy to have dealt with such friendly folks.

connected all tv's after we moved in, wall mount, bose surround in den, wall mount in bedroom. Did a great job!

Instal was completed within the time frame provided. There was a deal that would have incorporated an alarm system, at a price that was attractive to me, but it was not mentioned at the time of service. When I brought it up, after I saw the pricing located in their showroom, I asked them about it and they said they would be unable to add the alarm on, at the sale price, since with the new, existing locking system it would be more costly. I explained that I would have been interested in that deal if it was mentioned when I first came in, but it was not. He offered me a slight discount that was not close to the original sale price, nor attractive to my budget. Months later, one of the new fobs needed to be re-programmed;work completed in minutes, while I waited.They had trouble finding my name in their database even though the work was just completed a couple of months ago.

Starter works well. Had one problem with brake light issue but I believe it was the car manufacturer problem, not because of anything that Team Nutz did. Happy with the work they did.

I contacted Team Nutz by e-mail for an estimate and received a prompt response. This price was the most competitive. I made an appointment, dropped off the car, and it was ready when promised. The price actually came in lower when I did not need one of the modules figured into the estimate. We were walked through the instructions on how to use the remote starter, and we've been very satisfied thus far. There have been no problems with the remote starter thus far. We will go back if there is anything else we need.

I think it went pretty well. I used the Fox Chapel location. Car looked really good inside and out except for front bumper which still seemed to have quite a bit of bug gunk on it. I thought they should have been able to get that off with professional products. Making appt was easy and it was done on time.

Had a problem with EVERY WINDOW ON THE CAR. Installer left a half-full gatorade bottle of chew spit in the car. They claimed it was my car's fault the tint job stunk. Made them remove the bad tint and refund me my money and they left glue everywhere (roof, inside and outside of doors, upholstery, etc.) and streaks all over windows interior doors panels. It took me two hours to properly clean up the mess that was left. What a waste of my TIME AND MONEY.

Ed Jr. was amazing. He squeezed me in with short notice and did a righteous detail on my corvette. Thanks, Ed! See you next year.

Amazing! I should have done this years ago. What a way to put new life into an old boat! Ed Sr. recommended to keep the same Clarion controller unit, but replace all 4 speakers with high-grade JL marine brand, add 2 amps and a big subwoofer. I wanted speakers on the back for those floatie days, but it just couldn't be done. I had one problem with the install, but after calling Ed, the problem was fixed the next week. Great work, guys.

I have a 2006 Ford Mustang that I had taken in to have the racing stripes replaced and the car fully detailed. When removing the striping, they caused damage to the vehicle. (They DID have it sent out and repaired!) The detail service was donated to a local charity that I won during a silent auction. The original detail of the car was done VERY POORLY and with no respect to my car. The seats were not initially scrubbed. The fender wells, jams, and engine of the car were not cleaned properly. I was promised the car would be done in a day and a half. Dropped it off Thursday morning and supposed to have it back Saturday. When I went to check on the car on Friday, I noticed the damage to the car. They provided my car back to me on Saturday as I was taking it to a Birthday party. (Car is a hit as it is a Steeler themed car.) but I would have to return to have the damage repaired, and the rest of the striping replaced. When I went to pick up the car The seats were only vacuumed and as mentioned above the car was not properly detailed. I returned the car on Tuesday for them to send it to be repaired and it took an additional 3 days for the car to be repaired, the remaining striping done, and the car re-detailed. (Cost me 3 days rental for a vehicle during this time!) This time they atleast scrubbed the seats, and attempted to do a better job at cleaning and dressing the engine and fender wells and door jams, but still NOT what I have been accustomed to from another detail shop I use. I feel as if they had no respect for my car. And that since this was a donated item they didn't care. I have used this shop for striping in the past and did not have an issue. The stripping that was replaced looks good and they did repair the damage caused to my vehicle but that should have never happened in the first place. They had attempted to lay the new stripping over top of the old material in some places because they did not attempt to remove the rear fin on the trunk to replace it. It seemed like they attempted to take any shortcut that they could to get the job done. I WILL NOT be returning for ANY future work!!!

Team Nutz is the BEST. There is what you as a Customer expects and then there is what NIna's team delivers. We have had all of our auto's windowa tinted here and that is not an easy thing to do. We have a huge Dually Truck and a Jepp that can not seem to keep a windshield in it. We had all the windows autos tinted and also have had a strip placed on the windshield against glare. Nina is a very hands on owner, she listens to what you want and then will go out to your vehicle with you to explain the process show you what the result will be. She then talks to her techs and goes over the procedure with them. If it is not what you want or up to HER specs, she will not hesitate to have it redone. While the work is being done you can either wait in the show room or eat at any of the numerous restaurants nearby. We like Nina and her Cew so much we have even bought Gift Cert's for our family memebers. Our autos are in the Best Hands when they are in Nina's shop. We adore her.

I called Team Nutz to get an estimate on having the remote car starter installed. After discussing the process and i scheduled an appointment. Due to my busy schedule I had to reschedule the installation several times and the Team Nutz group was happy to oblige. I finally had the remote starter installed and upon picking up my car I was given a thorough instruction and walk through and allowed to try the various features while the technician was there to answer my questions. A few weeks later I had a question about a feature and called Team Nutz. I was told the technicians were "tied up with a customer" but would call me back promptly. A technician did call back within the hour and explained how to adjust my system. He also offered the option of stopping by their shop and letting them do the adjustment if I did not feel comfortable doing it myself. I had the adjustment done and everything is working flawlessly.
