T.D. Brick Pointing LLC

T.D. Brick Pointing was hired to re-do a couple of retaining walls on my property. One being a railroad tie and one being concrete block. The first project was the tie wall. They showed up at my home unannounced while we were at work and began work on the tie wall. When we came home from work and upon completion of part of the tie wall, the workmanship was found to be unacceptable. The wall was approximately 2 ft higher than it was supposed to be and there were approximately a total of only 4 tie backs that were not properly secured into the ground for the 25 ft in length wall, the wall was moveable by grabbing the end of it and pulling. The wall that has now been properly rebuilt by another contractor has approximately 20 tie backs in a lesser square footage of wall. Upon complaining to the contractor, he sent workers to my home when we were not there again and tore down the wall and left it unfinished. In the process, they backed over another wall on the other side of my driveway, collapsing it and denying that they did so. One good thing, they did return the deposit that we had given, however, it was left with an obscene note on the envelope.

Very well. They did a very good job on all work. the repointing they did on one wall was better than the person that originally built the wall. Very satisfied, and would definitely hire them again.
