Sub contractor Costco installer, very rude and unprofessional company and installers. They are unwilling to work or listen to customers

OMG, I don't know where to start. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I had missed a phone call and door knock on the day this plumber was supposed to arrive, my fault, but the plumber did not even offer to come by later after all his other appointments were done, which all were to be done earlier now anyway. I made another appointment for today for 10am start, and was supposed to get a call to let me know so I could put my pets away, remove carpets and stuff around toilet. The plumber showed up over 1/2 hour early and said he called. I did not see any incoming calls on my phone. I took the plumber to the bathroom and told him I need a couple minutes to remove stuff around toilet and he said it all should have been done prior to his arrival. He would have had to do that anyway, so why the attitude? I then told him I needed that warning call, and he then said he was not interested in doing the work for me and start leaving. I told him I really don't understand why he is leaving and why he had such a bad attitude with me, and he told me "Let's take this outside"! I can't believe he threatened me. I reported him and this company to Angi & Lowes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

What a joke. Like others in the reviews here and on the internet, the guy canceled once never showed the second time, and didn't even make an effort to get the toilets from Lowes. Here's how this works which is a disgrace. Lowes subcontracts with Angi's to do installations. Angie's through their subsidiary Handy place the subcontractor on the job. Ironic that this guy is not Angi-certified and has about 30+ poor reviews ion the Internet. Angi's claims they help the consumer to find the right subcontractor. Yet they apparently do not even review their own reviews on a guy! My advice: Lowes or Costco, you need to call Handy to task...they don't care about your customer. To the consumer: get the name of the sub before scheduling. Had I did a check on this guy first, he wouldn't have been assigned in the first place.

Tabuso was scheduled to install a dishwasher I purchased through Costco. They cancelled the first appointment at the last minute because the installer had a "family issue." They were very late to the second appointment. When the installer finally showed up, he said he didn't like the looks of the water shutoff, which is fine, and refused to do the work. I shut the valve as the guy was driving off and had no problems at all. I would not use this guy under any circumstances. He does installations for Costco and Lowes.

I had the worst experience in my life with the swearing and extremely bad attitude of the "technician". He came late, he took a look at the toilet and declared that I have to buy and install (INSTALL MYSELF) a flange. When I asked him if he can do it, he threw our phone, slammed the entry door while swearing (mother *****er and many others) and left my place without performing any work. My sister in law that was home started to cry, she was afraid that the guy will go ballistic and she was alone in the house with that crazy guy. What a dangerous nutcase!

The installers arrived timely, worked exceedingly quickly and efficiently. Also solved minor issue with new dishwasher fitting into old dishwasher space.

Installers were great, office is terrible. Installers arrived on originally scheduled install date (May 10th) within the stated window. They were not able to install the dishwasher due to the kitchen tiles being to high to remove old dishwasher. They instructed me to take out the tiles and call to reschedule the install--which I did. They scheduled the 2nd install appointment for May 16th between 1 - 5pm. I arranged for someone to be at my house to let them in. By 3:30, we still hadn't heard anything--so I called. The man who answered the phone with a simple "HELLO" (no company name, etc) informed me that the person that scheduled the appointment was "new" and did it wrong, so no one would be coming out. So not only was I inconvenienced by going more time without a working dishwasher, not to mention a brand new one sitting in my living room, but the people that I asked to help me out by coming over to let them in wasted an entire afternoon for nothing. I then rescheduled the install for Saturday May 19th and was given a window of 9:30 - noon. So I got up early to wait. And wait, I did. By 11:30am, still no word. So I called. A woman answered and VERY RUDELY told me that it was still "in the window" and they'd be there. Gee, since you flat out STOOD ME UP THREE DAYS AGO, not to mention I am THE CUSTOMER, I figure I have every right to call. Installers eventually showed up around 1pm. All in all, a terrible experience. It's a shame, the installers were very nice, polite, and efficient, but the office people were absolutely awful. Would never use them again, just based on them.

Their performance April 2010 was excellant as previously reported. However, I recently called for emeregncy plumbing service on a Friday and my phone call was not returned. I got someone else. They never did respond. A plumber who does not return calls is something I can do without. Besides, I found out that their appliance installing department lost an excellant employee. I won't be calling them agaim.
