Description of Work: He quit in the middle of the project after he tried to get me to front him the entire price. | |I gave him 50 percent up front because he seemed reliable. I was completely wrong! | |He rarely showed up when he said he would. He always smelled of marijuana and then one day after i refused to give him any more money for work not performed he just quit. | |Very disappointed. |
