+ -1 moreThey are fine. They are a little expensive but they fixed what needed to be fixed. I thought their price was high. I gave them a C because other prices were either the same or a little bit higher. It actually was fixed, we waited to take it in for multiple items but it worked. I was happy with it.

+ 0 moreThey're a good place to go to, but they're a little expensive. They're fast, efficient, and professional. Their staff also appears to be happy. I thought the machine was broken, but it wasn't and they were right there.
Description of Work: I went to Staples three weeks ago to have something faxed and to make some copies.
