Spotless Cleaning's owner, Hannah Alexander, arrived early at the time we had scheduled and within six hours cleaned three stories from top to bottom thoroughly. She was energetic and worked quickly not only with cleaning but also getting the appropriate materials out of storage and setting up. She was highly efficient and an excellent organizer. The bathrooms and the kitchen were especially dirty. She cleaned and sanitized everything in those areas and when she was done they were spotlessly clean and sparkling and smelled really good. The three stories with 12 beds, which normally accommodates four to 14 guests at a time has lots of stairs and expensive deep plush carpeting, tile and hardwood floors and some expensive area rugs. Hannah vacuumed thoroughly all the floors and upholstered furniture cleaning every nook, corner, cranny and edges and took special care with the area rugs and the finer furniture. Where flooring and furniture needed spot cleaning, she took care of that too. Because of the dank smell, she deodorized and wiped down everything and got id of the bad smell. Besides being a real pro at cleaning, Hannah was appropriately pleasant, listened carefully to my explanations of what needed to be done and followed through exactly and beyond, was highly attentive to detail (cleaning things I hadn't even noticed were dirty until I saw how much better things looked), cleaned very quickly and efficiently. I was delighted with her work which went beyond my expectations. When she was done, my place looked better than it ever had. I was very pleased with her services.
