+ -1 moreHe asked enough questions to diagnosis the probable problem over the phone, arrived on time, and repaired the problem. He also explained that we did not need a part which had failed, as the dishwasher would work fine without it.
Description of Work: Restored my dishwasher to useful service.

+ -1 moreI have used them a couple of times for my dryer, washing machine, and my stove. Frank responds very quickly and tells you when he can come. He keeps in touch and tries to keep his service as in-expensive as possible. He knows what he will need supply wise, before he comes out. Frank is just very organize and it is always pleasant having him out.
