Spag and Shine are a wonderful company that cleans our move in apartments. Would highly recommend.

Spag N Shine met my expectations and more! Xena, the Office Manager, posted a contract to my email with what would be done, the date and time, and the price. The maids, Cheyenne and Jodie, came on time and did an excellent job. Both were a pleasure to have in my house.

We were told when we first signed up that we need to communicate with the management team to effectively have the cleaners the way that we want them. After the first two cleans we communicated so well with the management team to make sure the cleaners are cleaning the house the way that we want that we are extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anybody in the Pittsburgh area

Great people, very friendly. We had them cleaning our house on a bi-weekly basis. I walked them through the house initially and explained to them the issues with our prior cleaners. The first cleaning was great. From there, it seemed as though we had issues with toilets, sinks and other areas not being cleaned. I reached out a few times about the issues and management was very responsive and corrected the situations. But, it continued to happen and I should not have to ask why the basics are not being done, especially as this is the highest cleaning fee I have had to pay in the last 5 years.

Post Construction Cleaning Review. The two day process was amazing. They ensured that the second day after the dust settles all would be completed. They stuck to the plan and completed 100% . Great work!

They have always been very easy to communicate with on appointments, We also have made several changes to adjust the day/ time of cleaning and they have been very accomodating. The team is also quick but thorough with their cleanings as to do interrupt our employees doing business. We are very grateful for them!

The experience to come home to a clean house and not have to do anything was amazing! Hired them bi weekly and Iâ m so excited!
