I spoke with them over the phone. We talked about the wear to my carpet. They did not recommend going forward with anything with it. They thought that it was beyond repair. I talked to him; he was very knowledgeable. I don't know that it was recommendations. They didn't give me false hope that this could be fixed. It was good customer service. Rather than just taking money for something that couldn't be done, they were very trustworthy. I looked at them and their profile. I also know people that have used them.

I've had positive results each time I needed their services over the years. This time, there was a slight problem but it was corrected promptly and in a very professional manner. I was very pleased with the result and they will certainly have my business, if needed, in the future.

We had 2 cats, now down to one. The carpet experienced the usually hairballs, and due to the sick cat episodes of vomiting and was mistaken for the litter box. The carpet came back clean with no oder. They are always very nice about helping us to load and unload the carpet from the car.

I took the carpets to them and they cleaned it. They were ready when they said they were going to be ready and I picked them up.

They are very good. The carpet smells good after they clean it.

I have used them for years and I have always felt that they are a good company. They pick up my rugs, clean them and then return them. They are always available within a reasonable amount of time and the rugs are always clean; what you ask them to do is what they do. They have delivery and work with you since they are a family owned company. They have always been very accommodating and they come when they are supposed to and do the job. When somebody asks me that's who I tell them to use and I will use them again in the future. Although I have not done a lot of price comparison I believe their pricing is fair.

Two rugs came back wrapped in brown paper, full of dog hair. They hadn't even touched the carpets because when I vacuumed them, the hair came right up. I have a chocolate lab so my carpets get hairy, which is why I took them to be cleaned. When I called, they told me they couldn't redo the rugs until after the holidays, which was too late! They refused to give me a refund, saying they don't give refunds.

They did very good work on what they did. I would definitely use them again because they are very professional and friendly. I thought that they were very reliable and trustworthy as well. I thought that their prices were very fair.

Fantastic! The carpet was returned with a note saying it was cleaned twice, but they couldn't remove a spot. We couldn't find the spot. PLUS, they sent us a thank you note for using their service! Where do you find that today?

THE UPHOLSTERED CHAIRS WERE FINE, BUT THE LARGE LIVING ROOM AUBUSSON RUG WAS RETURNED WITH A LARGE SPOT. I REMOVED IT EASILY MYSELF AND RE-CLEANED THE KITCHEN CARPET MYSELF. THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD A PROBLEM.

2 OF 3 RUGS COCKED, OUT OF SHAPE. THEY MADE A REPAIR, WHICH FOR SOME REASON INCLUDED CUTTING INTO THE PATTERN OF THE RUG.

THIS COMPANY HAS ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB ON MY CARPETS. THEY SEND ME A THANK YOU NOTE FOR USING THEIR SERVICE. IF ALL MERCHANTS WERE LIKE THIS ONE, LIFE WOULD BE SO MUCH EASIER.
