Unfortunately, this provider does not clean slate roofs like mine. However, I was very happy he did not make me chase him around for a response. He was very professional & friendly & prompt in his response.

Brad cleaned our roof in a little less than two hours - and when he was finished everything was completely cleaned up - the roof looks brand new! It is great to deal with a company that does exactly what it claims it will do - and even better than expected given the condition of the roof before it was cleaned. I would definetly recommend Soapy Roof to anyone looking to really improve the appearance of their house.

The cleaning in 2011 went great. After two or three good rains after the cleaning ,my roof looked new again. No moss and the color of the shingles was back. I was totally satisfied and thought it was the best thing I could have done.They give a two year guarantee and as I found out the owner ,Brad Iannacchione really does back that guarantee unlike some other companies I have dealt with. In May of this year 2013, I had my gutters cleaned and the gutter man told me there was moss on the back of the roof where I could not see it. So I called Brad and even though it was two weeks after my guarantee was actually up, he came out and took care of it. He was polite,pleasant and professional and wonderful to deal with and I really appreciated his service. Also my roof still looks great. I give him and his company an A plus.

Contacted Brad via his website regarding having roof cleaned. He immediately responded with a quote via e-mail and we communicated back and forth adding siding and gutter cleaning to the job as well. Brad was able to schedule my job within one week and was on time the day of the job. He thoroughly explained everything and was very knowledgeable about roofs and gutters. As he explained, some of the moss/algae did not dissipate immediately, but rather after a few rainfalls. I would definitely recommend Brad and his company as he delivered as promised on time and in budget.

Our house is surrounded by many tall trees. The combination of shade, dirt, and bird droppings encouraged moss growth and black streaks on the roof. I looked for a company to clean the roof, but not power wash it and cause damage to the shingles. I was happy to have found Soapy Roof. We were given a prompt and accurate estimate by email. Shortly afterwards, we scheduled an appointment for the roof cleaning. The owner came exactly on time the day of the work; he described the process and explained what to expect. He worked efficiently and meticulously throughout the morning. I could see the improvement on most of the roof right away. Some moss-covered areas will take a few days to be free of green growth (I know this is true because it's a similar process in cleaning moss from other substances. The moss first turns white or gray, then completely washes off with the next few rains.) The roof looks amazing--almost like a brand new roof. The shingles weren't damaged in the process, as could have been the case with power washing. I'd like to add that our roof is very large (mostly single level, 4000 square foot house), so the cost of our job may be greater than a typical roof. I'm very pleased with the service, the work, and the clean-up afterwards. I'm happy to recommend this company.

Soapy Roof provided a very prompt estimate via the internet. We contacted several other companies for estimates and Soapy Roof by far was the lowest price. One company wanted to charge us more money for only cleaning the moss areas of the roof. Soapy Roof not only cleaned the moss areas but the ENTIRE surface of the roof. Soapy Roof was prompt and professional from beginning to end. We had this service performed in August and after several hard rains (Soapy Roof advised), most if not all moss has been removed and our roof has never looked better.

They said it would work. They said they would take care of the plantings around the garage. They said it would be quick. It was all of those things.
