Sharon Mingo

It was a very good experience working with Sharon and Kim. I mostly worked with Sharon, but I know Kim assisted a bit in the background. I had a tricky house to sell (my parents' old home with a bad kitchen and not so private yard). I originally wanted around 100k, but this was definitely too high given the condition. They didn't try and talk me out of the price to rush me to sell. After 4-5 months at this high price, it became apparent it was too high and I dropped several times until offers came through. They patiently entertained offers and never rushed me to take ones that were too low despite the fact it would have wrapped this up a few months earlier. I finally got the offer I wanted (well at the lower price that I had to take given the condition) and they helped me close. They did a number of things to help me with the close that were above and beyond including dropping by to meet vendors when I was working, fronting money for some of those vendors when I wasn't around, and making sure I made few mistakes during my first trip through this. One really above and beyond thing: The buyers had some issue with their mortgage two weeks before close. It was something the banks had missed, and caused the loan to be denied just days before close and the deal to nearly die. Sharon was able to help the buyer secure a new mortgage and got the deal done, saving everyone in the deal! The close went fairly smoothly, and Sharon was with me every step of the way. When I upgrade my current house in the next few years, I will definitely go back to them for the buy.
