Sam Jr. came to site quickly after my initial call. I had talked to 7 other hvac people at this point and was beginning to think my needs were impossible. I was trying to replace a in wall square duct with a new exposed spiral duct for that industrial look. And I needed a new furnace. Sam came out, told me he would absolutely be in contact by the following Tuesday with pricing. And he was. Then when I said I was ready he told me he would come out 2 Tuesdays from then to install the duct, and when the day came, he showed up, and he did exactly what he said! and then 2 Tuesdays later the furnace came in and he came out to install that also. Great guy. Honest. Never changed the price. And took great care to make sure everything was working exactly as promised. I love it. I plan to use them again when I am ready to put the AC in next year. Thanks again!

Sam engineered an very efficient system for heating our kitchen floors. Not only is he super-reliable, he also takes care of problems if they happen to occur. For example, the pump relay manufacturer supplied a faulty product. Sam replaced it with a much more dependable system. And even though it was the manufacturer's defect, he replaced it - no charge!

I got an estimate only and it was very reasonable. I have not installed a new furnace at this time deciding to hold off for a while as even though ours is old, it works fine. The estimate was extremely reasonable in my opinion. He deals with Goodman furnaces. Goodman does not advertise and their furncaes are considerably less expensive than the major brands, but acording to what I have read online, they are every bit as good. He had some great ideas to help alleviate some summer heat issues on our second floor by putting in some additional cold air returns (I miught proceed with this now), educated us as to when to open and close them and also advised us that we would see better performance with a variable speed rather than a constant speed furnace. He thoroughly explained how furnaces work - I got a great education. My friend used this company and was very, very pleased.

The work was performed exactly as we discussed, and the finished product looks great. Samson employees are extremely courteous and friendly.

Sam and his son performed the work, and they did exactly what the said they would do--and actually went above and beyond quoted services to be rendered. They were very clean and left absolutely no mess--except they left one of their screw drivers (which I returned).
