Will never know. Decided to hire someone willing to take time to call me.
Description of Work: We attended a home show on March 4th and gave our name to this company for an estimate to re-do our deck. I was told I'd get a call. Instead I got a letter. Four weeks later they still have not called to schedule an appointment. I think that's very unprofessional. I took time to track them down at the home show. Too bad they are too busy for my business.

THEY OFFERED THE BEST PRICE FOR THE JOB. THEY DELAYED THE START OF THE EXTENSION, OFFERED EXCUSES, AND LEFT ME HANGING. I HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY OF MY NEW HOT TUB, WHICH WAS FRUSTRATING AND INCONVENIENT.
