 + -1 moreCAME WHEN THEY SAID. INSTALLATION WAS NOT GREAT. MY HUSBAND HAD TO REINFORCE SOME BOLTS. THEY WOULDN'T PUT IT THE WAY I WANTED IT IN THE ROOM.
Description of Work: BOUGHT A CHILD'S BEDROOM SET; BUNK BEDS, ETC. THEY CAME AND INSTALLED THE SET.

 + -1 moreIF YOU BUY, BE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING AND BE CAUTIOUS. THEY TALKED ME INTO BUYING A GUARDSMEN WARRANTY FOR THE FURNITURE. IT IS WORTHLESS. THE CURIO WAS CRACKED AT THE BOTTOM AND WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THE SALESMAN,HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. CALLED THE WARRANTY CO AND THEY WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME. I WASTED $60 ON THE WARRANTY. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COVER BREAKS AND CRACKS. I HAD TO GLUE IT MYSELF. CAN'T LEVEL THE CURIO, SITS CROOKED. COMPLETELY CHECK OUT THE FURNITURE BEFORE YOU BUY. THE CURIO IS NOT STABLE, LOOKS PRETTY BUT CHEAPLY MADE. ENTERTAINMENT CENTER IS FINE.

 + -1 moreALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TELL THE SERVICE PEOPLE WHAT YOU HAVE IN MIND AND THEY WILL HELP YOU PUT IT TOGETHER. I'M A TERRIBLE DECORATOR, BUT MY HOUSE LOOKS VERY WELL THOUGHT-OUT AND WELL-DESIGNED. THEY EVEN GAVE IDEAS FOR PAINT COLORS!
Description of Work: WE HAVE BOUGHT AT LEAST ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE FOR EVERY ROOM IN OUR HOUSE FROM ROOMFUL EXPRESS. THEY ARE LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER COMPANIES, BUT HAVE THE SAME STYLES AND BRANDS. THEIR DELIVERY IS VERY PROMPT.
