Description of Work: I used Rokicki's Auto Service to replace a timing belt and they did an oil change on a Subaru Forrester.

 + 0 moreI called Saturday day morning (the day before Easter) and asked if I could bring in my car for an oil change and inspection. They said no problem. I didn't have my registration up-to-date, so they provided a laptop for me to update the registration. They did the oil change and inspections in a couple hours. They offered to drop me of and pick me, but it wasn't necessary. Overall, a very positive experience. I plan to go back in the future.

Description of Work: I used Rokicki's to service my car. I take it for oil changes, and repairs. It is a 2002 Forester/ Subaru. Ron Rokicki has repaired several repairs, major and minor. He is accommodating, professional, tries to save me extra expense, give advice so I can be proactive in avoiding future repair problems. His costs are comparable to others. I feel he takes a personal interest in me and I have observed this with his other clients. He is honest and an extremely good mechanic. I recommend him without reservation.

 + 0 moreThey stayed after hours to get my oil changed before my trip. They have a good way of diagnosing my vehicle. I've used them for a year and referred my friends to them. They are very trustworthy and if they can save me money on a repair, or postponing a repair, they will.
