Description of Work: Section of our stone wall was redone.

Description of Work: My basement needed to be finished so to use as a living space. I am extremely satisfied with the expertise of the work that was done and the time frame it was completed in. Mr. Robertson also identified other issues he had noted while working and corrected those for me as well. He hung drywall on the walls and ceiling and then finished the drywall as well. After, the drywall was hung and finished he installed ceiling lights for me. He also added a dimmer switch for the lights which I loved. He enclosed some very ugly pipes that I had exposed in the basement and made a nice shelf space so that I didn't lose that space in the room. He then went a step further to suggest a very nice paint color and painted the finished room for me. I love it so much its become my favorite room in the house. I would highly recommend using him for any project. Along with doing my basement I had Mr. Robertson build me an outside deck on my house. My deck which is huge was designed and built just the way I envisioned it to look. He made sure the deck was very sturdy and safe. My deck will last a lifetime. He even suggested a different design of the steps that I wanted going off the back of the deck. Instead of a large flight of steps he added a landing and turned the steps so they were safer and also to save on my backyard space. He used screws instead of nails. After, he completed building the deck he stained the deck for me as well. I love it.

Description of Work: Water was running into our windows. Sean was able to diagnose the problem and take the proper steps to correct the leak. It bought us time before we bought siding for our house which we hires Sean to do!
