Robert Rodwich

Description of Work: Mr. Rodwich uses his mothers email address and does not provide an address for you to attempt to reach him. I did not hire him because he never returned my phone calls when I called him until days laterl and when emailed, it would go to his mothers house and then you would have to wait for him to respond to you, sometimes days later. The price was costly and that was the initial estimate, no idea what it would have cost when job was completed. I think that he needs to get his stuff together, provide an address and a license and an email address that belongs to himself to be able to correspond with perspective people to hire him. I have no knowledge of his prior work;.

Description of Work: I hired Mr. Rodwich to reside my home, install new gutters and downspouts, and mount soffit/fascia. He felt it was in my best interest to pay him on an hourly rate. In the first week of work Mr. Rodwich appeared to be moving along at a good pace with professionalism and care to his work. In the following 2 weeks I had him on the job, his work became less and less and the dollars signs continued to grow. It was by far the worst experience of my life and I would NOT recommend him to anyone unless you want to waste a lot of money for bad work. He is not insured, bonded, or liscensed.
