Prompt, courteous, and fair price. Hard to find someone like Mr. Miller in today's world.

Did a great job. Had to repair a leaky gas line, and also helped reconfigure storm drainage outlet with retaining wall. Very professional, easy to work with, and affordable. I would highly recommend.

Called Robert, got answering service. He called back was happy to come up and he did a few days later. He seemed enthused to do the job. Said he was promptly give us an estimate. Never did, never called, I've called a few times and always get the answering service, leave a message and no call back. This is all after I referred this company to a neighbor that needed immediate service of which he was used for. Now I'm another month out and need to find another company. So frustrating! Why don't you just say you don't want the job!!

It was not the fault of the wall constructor that was marked wrong by the gas company! It went very well considering the circumstance.

Since it was a sudden discovery - the day before we left for a spring vacation, we knew we had to take care of it as soon as we got back. However, we could not reach this company before we left on a weekend. Also, we did not expect the weather to be freezing after spring break, and so our house was 53 degrees. We were desperate to get the work done. This company did gas pipe replacement work for us several years earlier, and they were quick and professional; also, Columbia Gas worked with and recommended them. Although we couldn't get weekend service, Miller took our call when we arrived home on the weekend, and arranged to come out Monday. They finished the work Tuesday. They are professional, polite and experienced.

They were extremely nice especially since we had no gas. It was pouring down rain the entire time they were working, and they were completely covered in mud, But they kept on working and smiling.
