Several came and were able to finish in one day. Everything went fine. Professional, clean and courteous.

Bob offered a fair price and a reasonable schedule. He arrived promptly for both the initial quote and for the work that followed. He brought in a solid team and the work was knocked out quickly, and based on what I can see, and observe, it was done very well, within less than a single day. They cleaned up after themselves, which, in my experience, it not always guaranteed to happen with many contractors. Overall I give Bob and his team a strong recommendation. It's difficult to find people who are solid in their craftwork and who can also run the business side effectively (for things such as calling back promptly, arriving on-time, and charging a reasonable price). Robert Dell'Aquila Plastering met and exceeded all of my expectations. We have multiple properties, and we WILL be using them again.

Very well ! Loved the work. They matched the swirls in the plaster perfectly. I plan on calling them in the spring to do more work after my roof is repaired.

We had some damage to a plaster wall and ceiling, so we looked to Angie's List to find someone to fix it. After leaving a voicemail with another provider and not receiving a call back after a week, we had a much better experience with Robert Dell'Aquila Plastering. Robert returned my voicemail in less than 24 hours, and scheduled a time to come out and assess the damage over the weekend. Robert provided an estimate, and the final work was provided at the same price quoted with no surprises. Robert and team came out within three days of providing that estimate, and were prompt, polite, and did a great job with the plastering, matching both ceiling and wall texture. The team also took the time to make sure our bedroom was as clean as it was before the work after they were finished, and there was literally no mess for us to clean up afterward. I would recommend Robert to anyone needing plaster work done well and done promptly at a fair price based on this A+ experience.

Great. Professionals diagnosed cause of problems; covered carpets and furniture; cleaned cracks; secured ceiling panels with screws; applied compound to cracks; applied plaster and feathered it out to a smooth surface that did not need sanding. Team was very skilled and were a pleasure to work with. I will hire them again for other repairs; and I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

Robert Dell'Aquila came to our house on 6/21/2017 to review what needed to be done and to give us an estimate. Robert and his crew, Tony and Vince, were at the house as promised on 6/30/2017. They completed the ceilings in both rooms--including a larger area than was originally expected in the second room--all in one day. They did a fantastic, professional, beautiful job! They are true craftsmen. They also did a complete and thorough clean up of the both rooms and the entire area where they had to pass through to get to the ceilings they were working on. We highly recommend this provider.

The work was excellent. The ceilings looked brand new once they were done and they were very neat.

Robert was quick with his very reasonable estimate and his team did an excellent job on our ceiling. They were professional, very clean, and more than a year later the plaster job on the ceiling still looks great.

We bought a home two years ago that was built in 1927, and we’ve been in the process of renovating it. It is our home, so we’re doing the work so we can continue to live in the house, not to sell it. We hired Robert Dell’Aquila to replaster the ceilings and walls in our living room, dining room, foyer, and staircase. The old ceilings in our LR and DR were old 12x12 tiles over furring strips. The old plaster on our foyer and staircase ceilings was a “stipple” texture, and the walls in the various rooms were two different types of textured plaster, high-relief “orange-peel” and swirled. It was ugly and had numerous cracks in it. Robert and his crew did a wonderful job of giving us smooth plaster walls and beautiful “skip-trowel” textured plaster ceilings in all those areas. The whole crew did good work, but Tony Baker, who is Robert’s partner, is particularly noteworthy. Tony supervised the job and did the ceilings. The work he did on the ceilings is beautiful. He did a fabulous job. As for the walls, I couldn’t believe they were able to give us such a smooth finish over those old heavily textured walls. Robert worked with us to accommodate our schedule delays when a contractor who was supposed to do some preliminary work for us (taking down the crown molding, removing the old ceiling tiles, and some unrelated electrical work) bailed on us after months of delays, and we had to hire a different contractor to do that work. I appreciate that Robert was easy to contact and responsive, and I could communicate with him by text or email. When we were finally ready, Robert scheduled our job to begin within a week. The work took four days and each day the crew was prompt, worked hard, was meticulous, and was thorough. They paid a lot of attention to detail and cleaned up well when the job was completed. The price seemed fair for the amount of work we had them do. We are very happy we chose Robert Dell’Aquila and Tony Baker to do the work for us, and we would recommend them without any reservation.

They did a wonderful job and in a short period of time. Robert called us back right always and came out within the time frame he said . Will call again for more work to be done.

Over all a very good job. They put drywall over the ceilings and fixed the walls. Extremely prompt, reliable, friendly, easy to deal with. The work was high quality and they went the extra mile on some repair work. Only complaint is in one room the carpet wasn't totally protected so I had a little carpet cleaning to do afterwards.
