Rick Page Quality Landscaping

Description of Work: Planted shrubs, trimmed shrubs.Some things that were supposed to be done, weren't. Does not have design experience.

Description of Work: I do not enjoy criticizing anyone but I feel this was so egregious I thought I should warn others. The reason for the "F" grade is the lack of communication. I met with Rick last fall and he looked at my project and within a reasonable amount of time emailed me a proposal for the work. I accepted his proposal and told him to schedule the project. I waited several weeks and emailed acceptance of his proposal again. I never heard back. The winter has passed and I decided to try one more time. Once again I emailed him and have never heard from his company. Apparently if your project is not big enough they don't have time for you. That's ok, but the arrogance to not even communicate with you shows a total lack of respect. For that reason I urge you to use caution if you decide to go with Rick. Approximate Cost of Service: $2000.00.

Description of Work: Rick and his team did a fantastic job. I had a weird mound of dirt/plants removed from my front yard and his crew leveled it and mulched and planted some flowers/plants. Crew trimmed large bushes in front of yard that had gotten out of control and mulched. They removed a bunch of overgrowth on the one side of my house and replaced with smaller planets. Overall, the crew did a fantastic job cleaning/trimming/removing leaves/clutter. My yard literally was manicured like a golf course when they left.

Description of Work: Cleaned out weeds, applied weed killer and shaped/cut shrubs in the flower beds and all around the house. Planted several new plants .

Description of Work: Rick came, after several phone calls, and looked at my yard. Gave some verbal comments and was to get back to me with details of plants and layout.

Description of Work: After purchasing the Big Deal coupon, I contacted the provider via e-mail to introduce myself and establish contact info. After a week without return contact, I then phoned the provider who confirmed that he had received the original e-mail and that he would call either later that evening or the following day to set up an estimate appointment. A week and a day later I still had not heard from the provider and contacted Angie's List to request a refund for the deal. I am not posting negative comments here because I am giving Rick the benefit of the doubt that he was overwhelmed with business. He might be an excellent landscaper, but I won't beg anyone to come and take money from me.

Description of Work: Did not show up for scheduled appointment. Did not call to cancel.

Description of Work: Called Rick Page & spoke to Rick. He said he would call me back in a day or two but never did. I sent him a e-mail on 5/2/13 to remind him as he ask me to do. No response. I contacted another Landscaper who came out the next day.

Description of Work: Ripped out old plants in both the front and back yards. Put in new plants. Put in bark mulch. Put in a walkway between the house and garage. The work was done well, and All the people introduced themselves and were very nice and professional. Rick, the owner of the company was very solicitous about how I wanted the plants arranged. All in all, I'm very happy with the job, and would definitely use Rick again!

Description of Work: Rick and crew replaced a railroad tie wall along front of our house with treated 6"x6"x8's. While it wasn't fancy or fussy, there were some angles and different heights involved. Job exactly as quoted. Done in one day. Crew was neat. They saved my azaleas and actually some annuals. They did the job while I was at work, when I came home, I was so pleased, I called Rick. I would use again, and recommend, Quality Landscaping.
