Work went very well. The owner and employees were pleasant, polite, very professional. Cleanup was exceptional, no debris left behind. They took time to explain and answer all questions. They were prompt and kept all appointment times. Their price was fair and work was exceptional and they take pride in their work. We had a great experience with Richard's roofing. They did a full replacement of our asphalt roof. During the entire process, they were very response to all of our questions and messages and flexible in scheduling. During the process they explained the components of the roof and advised what needed replaced. During a portion of the replacement we had to run an errand, they were nice enough to take pictures of the process to ensure we didn't miss anything. Would absolutely hire again.
