Description of Work: No show, no answer day after day.... Fence is falling down already- took my money and I didn't hear from him again for 3 months, I had to contact the Attorney General's office , After that he reluctantly did come back to drop some man off to do the work however the man wasn't employed by him ????? Should have don my homework !!!!! I would never hire him agai

+ -1 moreSigned the contract, paid my money and was given a start date. That turned into 5 different start dates. After continuous phone calls, he finally sent some one over to dig holes. He did dig a few, threw the dirt on my newly planted lawn and left. He doesn't take calls and rarely returns them. When he does, he just gives a bunch of unreasonable excuses. It's obvious that weather plays a role in this sort of work, but we have had plenty of nice days since I paid my money. My installation date was to be April 19th and I still have no fence, just a torn up yard. I want my money back but I can't reach him - Mr. Sees is well aware of what I want.
Description of Work: I got an estimate to have a fence installed. Paid 1/2 down and never got the fence.
