Description of Work: I called because my hot water tank wasn't working. Mr. Rezzetano walked me throught the process of lighting it over the phone. When he called later to ensure that it lit, but it hadn't, he drove over from his dinner and looked at the tank. Determined that I needed a new one, but he was going out of town and recommended a competitor so that I could get it the next day!!! He came back a week later and replaced an outside faucet for me and checked the hot water tank. He also followed up to ensure that the outside faucet was working without problem. He went over and above and I greatly appreciated his efforts!!

Description of Work: Frank plumbed in a water softener and rerouted some cold water lines. Work was well done, on time, and on budget. Following completion of the job he contacted me to check up on the work he did. I recommend him highly.

Description of Work: Frank is a victim of his own success: he is in such demand, you often have to wait in line. however, when i had an emergency; he cancelled plans with his family, on a holiday weekend, and was at the property within an hour. his work is excellent. his prices are are fair. he is first on my plumber list.

Description of Work: He installed faucets, changed the hoses on the washer, and did different things.
