Frank was very knowlegable and highly skilled and very professional.

Mr. Rezzetano is a gem! We have used his services before and his work is very nice. He answers phone messages right away and schedules work quickly. He is on time and when he's here, works quickly and efficiently. Everything works! No leaks, no mess, and he was kind enough to take the two old toilets away. A very nice man who does excellent work!

Frank replaced our hot water tank that had begun to leak. He had previously installed interior shut off valves and a hose faucet for us on other occasions. I called around 8 in the evening when I noticed the leak and he came by the next afternoon to replace the water heater. Frank is professional and truly cares about his customers. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions I have. He does excellent work and I am very glad to have found someone as reliable and trustworthy as Frank.

I continue to be very satisfied with the service that I receive from Rezzetano Plumbing. I've had Frank come in for other plumbing jobs as needed. He responds quickly to calls; is very knowledgeable; and operates skillfully & efficiently. Also, he calls back after the job has been completed to ask if I am satisfied; and whether I have any further questions. I will continue to call him when I need a plumber.

Mr. Rezzetano arrived on time and looked at the work needing done. He apprised the situation immediately and told me what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He was very polite and professional. The work was done well and he answered any questions I had. After he was done, he tested the faucet, pipe and shut off valve to be sure there were no leaks and the job was finished.

When I said it was truly a stroke of good luck meeting Frank Rezzetano, I could not have made a more accurate statement! I commented on how I was thoroughly disgusted with a plumber I had always used in the past. He was expensive, did a poor job and left a mess whenever he did a job. So, I got on Angie's list. I liked the reviews I read about Frank Rezzetano and decided to try him. I have never regretted that decision and feel blessed knowing him. I am not the luckiest person in the world but I feel very lucky finding him. This last time I called Frank in the evening. I never expected him to come that night but he is so wonderful! I told him the toilet was leaking and he asked if I had water on the floor. I said yes, and he said as soon as I finish here, I will be right there. It was late and he was still working! In the meantime, he told me to turn the water off behind the toilet. I thought maybe he would want to come in the morning but he is such a kind and caring man. He called me when he left his last customer to let me know he was on his way. He is so nice and always professional. He asked who installed that toilet and I told him my former plumber. They installed it incorrectly. I am so grateful for Frank. He has fixed other problems I had because of this former plumber. He fixed the leak and, once again, I am so impressed by him. He has qualities that are so rare in today's world. He is a man of integrity! I would never hesitate to hire Frank and would recommend him to anyone. There is only one plumber for me and that is Frank Rezzetano. I would suggest trying him and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

He explained to us how to empty the pipe at the end of the summer before the first freeze so that this doesn't happen again. And he was kind about it - he didn't make us feel like clueless new homeowners even though we are! He came on a Saturday so we didn't have to take time off work, which was awesome! He honored the quote he had given me over the phone when I called him to discuss the problem initially. He was very gracious in dealing with our inquisitive dog who likes to be a part of everything. We would definitely hire him again for future plumbing needs.

Just throw away any other plumbers that you've been considering and go with Frank! I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviews for him. He's prompt, courteous, professional, trustworthy, down to earth, normal, informative and won't over charge or over suggest repairs like many others do. From now on, he WILL be my GO TO plumber! And I will recommend him to all of my friends and family. I already gave his info to my brother for a similar pipe problem. In my situation, a portion of the copper pipe leading from the house to the outside faucet split over the winter. Frank removed the portion of pipe and replaced it with a new one in minutes. He also showed me where my 'bleeder' valve was inside the house so that next year I can bleed the pipe before winter. All I knew about was the shut off valve inside and to open the outside faucet for winter. Didn't even know I had a bleeder valve. I asked him a few other questions and he readily answered them. He's just a great guy. You can trust him. Another plumbing company suggested a different, far more costly and unnecessary repair. You'll get steered right by Frank.

The leak was serious and Mr. Frank Rezzetano worked in a damp, uncomfortable environment however he was as nice as always and just as courteous as ever. I have had Frank Rezzetano here for repairs three times now and would never want anyone else. He is always prompt, a complete gentleman and does beautiful work. The leak is repaired and it looks better now than it ever did. I don't know how he did it but you can't even see that the spigot was removed and replaced. There doesn't need to be any paint touch-ups. It looks so much better than it did before and no more leaking! It is a much better spigot than was there to begin with. I can't say enough about this gentleman. He always goes above and beyond what he needs to do. I feel very blessed having found him. If you don't hire him, you are making a huge mistake. I wish everyone could be like him.

I called Frank Saturday and he was on vacation. He asked me to call him back Sunday around noon when he would back in town. I didn't even have to call him back. He called me and said he could be at our house in 15mn, which was great. He showed up on time, did everything he had to do. Everything was clean when he left our house. You couldn't tell someone had been working in the bathroom and the kitchen. His workmanship is second to none and his prices are reasonable, considering this was a Sunday job with short notice. I highly recommend Frank and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Frank responded to my call promptly. He arrived on time and was able to do what was necessary in a very timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will call him again.

Last Friday morning Frank came over within an hour of my call to snake the clogged sewer trap at my house. Immediately identified the problem, explained what he was going to do and the cost which was very reasonable and included BOTH services that he provided. Not only that, because he was scheduled to replace a cracked bathroom sink in my house the following Wednesday he didn't even ask for payment at that time. He told me we could settle up after the sink was replaced. After he unclogged the sewer trap he went into further detail and explanation of the cause and the potential problems that could develop later and how to fix. I couldn't ask for a better response to my plumbing problems. Frank is extremely professional, owns his company and performs the work. His work is exceptional. He communicates extremely well and most importantly when you call him he is the one that answers the phone. Doesn't get much better that that.

This review is based on several experiences I've had with Frank over the last 3 months. My original contact was due to a long standing issue in my daughter's home with a clogged bathtub. She had used a previous plumber who worked at least 3 times on the issue and she had spent over $500 to no avail. On her behalf, I researched Angie's List and found Frank. After describing the problem, Frank advised me to first contact a highly regarded sewer cleaning company. He remarked "if they can't open the drain....I'll have to remove the wall and replace the plumbing to the tub.....but he was over 95% certain they would be able to fix it. He was right and there hasn't been a problem since. I was so impressed with his honesty and integrity.....and the fact that he would recommend another company to first look at the problem! After that experience, I decided to use Frank for a plumbing issue in my own home. Over the years, water had been appearing in the basement, which had been diagnosed as coming from an exterior drainage issue. After discussing this with Frank, he determined this was likely coming from the master bathroom. He came to our house with another contracter he uses routinely to help him on stubborn problems like this and they fixed the problem in one day. I was impressed because I thought this was going to cost me 1000's of dollars. Total cost for the fix was $700. Finally, I have used Frank to put in 2 new faucets for this master bathroom after a new granite counter top was installed. He did a quick, thorough, and very professional job. They work fine. I couldn't be more pleased. From this point forward I will be using Rezzetano Plumbing for all my needs.....no reason to contact anyone else!

I HAD A PIPE BURST BEHIND ONE OF MY KITCHEN WALLS DURING A MORNING WHEN THE TEMPERATURE WENT BELOW ZERO AND WATER WAS EVERYWHERE. I CALLED FRANK AND HE CAME WITHIN AN HOUR TO BEGIN TO ASSESS WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM. FRANK FOUND AND FIXED THE LEAK AND ALSO EDUCATED US ON HOW TO KEEP THE PIPES FROM FREEZING IN THE FUTURE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUE. HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS ARE COMMENDABLE.

I contacted Rezzetano Plumbing late Tuesday afternoon regarding a leak underneath my bathroom cabinet. Within an hour he was at my house, inspected the issue, and agreed to come the next morning to fix it. Although he ran into a few problems, he stayed true to his word and kept the price the same as what we agreed upon. I'm sure we'll use him in the future!

He was extremely responsive , prompt, and courteous. We called him on a Sunday morning and left a message. He called back quickly and came over to fix the issue.

I have used Rezzetano Plumbing before and he is the first call I make when I need a plumber. He is so knowledgeable and gives great practical advice. I have called him at all hours and he never seems annoyed. He comes when he says he will, his work is thorough and he fixes the problem...does not just fix a symptom like some other plumbers I had. Frank is professional and really cares about his work. He even fixed a toilet issue I was having while he was there for a completely different job and did not charge me extra. I can't say enough about this company.

Arrived on time went right to work, showed me the deteriorated valves and explained the possibility of further degradation and advised that I get the valves replaced. All in all the complete job took about an hour. Frank is always neat and cleans up after every job. I have used Frank many times before and it is a relief to have a plumber who knows his skill set and is someone that you can trust. I recommend highly!

Toilet was constantly running and the pump mechanism needed to be replaced. Frank diagnosed the issue, had the parts, and fixed quickly. I also had him look at an issue related to a slow draining tub and we discussed some non-invasive options to try. Frank is always personable and professional.

Frank replaced the flushing/refilling mechanism in the toilet tank. I have called Rezzetano Plumbing a number of times in the past for various plumbing issues. Frank responded promptly as he always does. He is very skillful, efficient and trustworthy. Also, he is patient with my questions. I will continue to call him in the future.

As always, everything went well whenever Frank comes to do work. He was on a job across town and still managed to come directly over when that job was done. Extremely dependable and honest!

Scheduled an appointment within a timely matter (but we will gladly wait for his schedule to open for any future services we may need). He is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. He even had to repeat things to me and it never seemed to bother him. He is very polite, efficient, hard worker, conscientious and called us the next day to make sure everything was working well. His prices were also very good.
