Description of Work: Replaced faucet in master bath and the faucet in the garage for the hose. He was very prompt (even early) and professional. He provided a beautiful faucet that solved the leak under my sink and replaced a tricky outdoor faucet that was leaking.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking toilet valve and flapper. Toilet was constantly running and flushing and leaked if you tried to turn the water off. Frank always comes quickly after being contacted and is especially good for smaller jobs that plumbers sometimes don't want to make time for. He always does quality work. He has done several small jobs for us and we have always been satisfied.

Description of Work: Frank was terrific. He arrived on time and quickly assessed what my plumbing problems were. Then he gave me a clear description of alternative solutions and the associated costs of each alternative. He then spent time talking to my husband and I about which alternatives he was recommending & why. Once we agreed on a course of action, he gave us a very fair price for work to be done. Then he worked efficiently to complete the job. When the work was completed, and after he had been paid, Frank spent his own time (unpaid) to assist my husband & I to identify local service providers to help us with an HVAC matter. And he went out of his way to help us out with helpful information about the neighborhood (as we were new to the area). Finally, he called the day after he did the work to make sure we were satisfied with how things were working! I have NEVER had a service provider do that. I cannot recommend Frank highly enough. We are so glad we found him on Angie's List --- and will ABSOLUTELY use him in the future.

Description of Work: Frank replaced old bathroom vanity w my new one and it's too, and the faucets w new ones I purchased from an online site he recommended. Work was quick, efficient, clean, and thorough. He removed old vanity and top for me too. He gave me a fair price for all this work and was here for about two hours tops.

Description of Work: We experienced a sudden leak in our basement and had to shut off all of the water to our house. Frank replaced a section of the pipe and got our plumbing back in working order.

The pipes were fragile, original works.) purchased and installed very nice shower assembly with very nice faucet wrok. also installed new bathroom vanity. Very nice purchases. (I did not pick them, he did and had them special ordered for me.) Excellent work. Punctual. Polite. Honest. Diligent.

Description of Work: Removed old flange seal, installed flange spanner and adjusted flange bolt, installed new flange seal of improved design, re-seated and leveled bowl, reinstalled tank & supply line, tested to confirm toilet function and resolution of problem. Also gave referral to a good mechanic. :-)

Description of Work: I had a toilet that would keep running off and on, and hence, my water bill went up dramatically during a few months! I called Rezzetano Plumbing about the problem, and Frank was able to come out the same day of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the worn part. He also let me know that that I have a high quality toilet, much better than many of the ones being manufactured today.

Description of Work: Frank disconnected a water softener in my basement. I had some leaking from time to time, and even once had a partial flood in its vicinity. In previous discussions with Frank, he told me that in my area the water unit was not necessary. So later I decided to have him remove it for that reason, as well as not having to have it serviced yet again (by the water softener co.) in such a short period of time. I also had a leaking drain which Frank repaired at no cost to me! He also took a brass downspout I have in my soaking tub that needed some refinishing (there is a place near his home that specializes in this). Frank has since returned my spout in showroom quality and only charged me for what he was charged! I went to write him a check and he said to wait until his next visit. Can you believe this? This plumber is awesome. Of course, Frank, as should be expected from my experiences (see more below), is a Master Plumber. In every way this is true.
