Frank Rezzetano responded to my call for immediate help as I had a house full of guests visiting from Switzerland for several weeks and we needed all of the bathroom power we had. Mr. Rezzetano agreed to come to our house for repairs in several hours after my call for help. He arrived early for the appointment and went right to work. His truck was fully stocked with all of the parts he needed to do the job and he worked to a quick "drop tight" completion. He did a thorough clean-up after all work was complete. He called me the next day to check on the project in order to be sure I was satisified. Great response, great work at a great price. Thanks Frank.

We had a terrible smell coming from our washing machine in the utility room. When I called Mr. Rezzetano, he suggested pouring water down the drain in the middle of the room and the utility sink to see if that would help make the smell go away. He didn't want to charge us for coming out to do something we could do ourselves which I thought was very nice. I did as he suggested and noticed the drain in the floor was draining extremely slowly. I called him back and he said he would be there within the hour and he was! :D He wasn't far from our house at all. He found the trap was clogged from years and years of grease which was well before we moved in to our house. And said that laundry detergent is made from grease and that could have caused the trap to clog like it did. He also suggested we run some water through our drain in the garage every so often to make sure that stays clear and nice. And when I went to do it he kindly took the bucket and did it for me. I can only say good things about this plumber. He charged a very reasonable price and we will definitely use him in the future for any jobs we have in the future.

We had a leak under or sink for the past 9mos and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. He found a small hole on the top of our sink that was letting water drip down under the sink caulked it and we haven't had a problem since. I didn't believe at first that was our problem because it seemed like a lot of water and he was right!! He showed us how to prevent the water that was dripping out of shower in the grout (because we don't have a shower door). He was quick to respond, even came out on a Sunday afternoon to handle it and did it all for no charge. Everything was diagnosed properly and he wouldn't accept payment because he said he really didn't do anything for us. I will definitely call him again next time we have a problem.

He did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, on-time. He cleaned up well after himself and hauled away the old concrete tub.

He did a good job on everything. He came out the day after I called to assess the work and them came out to actually do the work shortly after. He is very good guy. He was very responsive, respectful and a good gentleman who did good work.

Went well from start to finish....prompt, courteous, and professional throughout the job.

Frank arrived as scheduled and completed the work efficiently with high quality parts, not the cheap make shift parts I attempted repairs with over the years. He advised not changing the fill valve on a low profile tank because the parts were prohibitively expensive. Wish I had called him about this problem weeks ago to save the cost of wasted water and running around the house jiggling the handles trying to get the tanks to stop filling.

I highly recommend Frank Rezzetano. He is a registered master plumber and during his visit, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as he worked to fix a leak in my basement ceiling and in a tub sink in one of my garages. He's my go-to guy from now on.

When he returned for the scheduled work it took he and his son over 4 hours to complete the repairs. He explained what he was doing and always kept the work areas clean. I wish I'd called him much sooner. His work was high quality and his rates much lower than a brand name repair service. I would certainly call him again.

Frank was friendly, punctual, skilled and communicated well througout the process, from the initial phone call through completion. Mine was a relatively small / simple job... and it's amazing how few plumbers will even take small jobs that aren't multiple thousands of dollars. Frank was working on a full copper pipe installation on a 6000 sq. foot new-build house (clearly a much bigger job than mine), but still made time to come out to my house on a Sunday, evaluate the situation, complete the job (quickly and accurately). He also charged me a fair price. Lesson to other plumbers and contractors: be like Frank and take the small jobs! Because I will recommend Frank to anyone who is looking for a plumber, and next time I have a big plumbing job Frank will be my first call.

I found Frank on Angie's List. He asked me to describe my situation to him over the phone. He knew exactly what the issue was when I described my situation. He agreed to do the work, but was in the middle of a fairly large job. It took about a week and a half to schedule the appointment (well within the time frame I needed the work to be completed by). Frank arrived on time (even early) and completed the work within an hour. I would definitely use him again!

Called Frank Rezzetano from Angies List , told him my situation and he fit me into his schedule right away. I'm a bit out of his area (Cranberry Twp) which is usually the case but he came out the next day. Frank was very professional , he even told me the best brands of faucets to buy that would give me the least problems which I really appreciated. All in all a pleasant experience. I would hire him again. I must admit he is a bit pricey but I feel his work is worth it!

Frank responded quickly. He gave an estimate, and guaranteed that he would not exceed it. He made sure to advise me how things would look when he was finished and where the wall would need to be cut. He had everything with him that he needed and was able to finish in one visit. He charged less than his estimate and fixed two other small problems for no charge. He also gave me a recommendation about the flooring which saved me money.

It went extremely well! he arrived on time and went right to work. He even fixed a few more plumbing problems that I had in the house. He is very pleasant to work with and I believe that he charges a fare price for all of the work that he did at my home. I recommend him highly to any one who needs a great, reliable plumber!

We have used Frank before hes a good guy

I began using Frank by default. When I bought a new dishwasher at Sears, Frank, at that time, was doing installations for them. After doing such a great job with the dishwasher, I began to use him as my plumber since then (2002). He has installed faucets for me, stems, cleared drain lines, changed valves on outdoor water sources, repleaced "J" pipes under sinks and many other plumbing issues. When a problem arose that Frank was not able to handle, he suggested a company who specialized in such repairs. It made sense that the best would recommend the best. Frank has done work for me, my sister and at my mom's house. As another review has stated, 'Frank is a victim of his own success.' Frank is now at the point where he needs to be cloned in order to maintain the especially high standards he has set for himself and his clients! Thanks, Frank!

Frank was able to come over the same day as soon as he was done with his engagement elsewhere that he was already at. He was very professional, identified the issue immediately, fixed the stuck toilet apparatus and gave good advice on what to do with the leak etc. We would very HIGHLY recommend Frank for any job. He seems very honest, reliable and an expert in his field.

It went great. After placing the call, Frank got back to us quickly. He listened to the problem that we were having with the shower, asked a number of questions, diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote over the phone and came the following day. Our disposer sprung a leak. I called Frank Rezzetano Plumbing. Frank came right out and determined it needed replaced. He then went to a plumbing supply store and consulted with me on the phone about price & quality options immediately available verses ordering the replacement. He brought back the replacement and installed it just as he promised. There was no mess. He cleaned up under the sink and explained everything. The price seemed reasonable and the service was excellent.

Great. Frank has been very responsive. Original contact to schedule, had to 'reschedule' as husband hoped to try and fix. When not successful, contacted Frank and we were able to coordinate a date & time that worked for all within 48hrs. Day of appointment, called to see if could come earlier due to cancellation. Arrived when said, walked through issues and he got to work. Within an hour - all work done! So little noise...especially compared to my husband?s attempts :-) Courteous - removed shoes and all.
