Description of Work: The finished product is nicely presented and packaged. There seemed to be some communication issues,however; I had to call to find out when the service had been completed, rather than being contacted. I will use this company again.

 + -1 moreQuality of sound was very poor on the CDs they made from tapes. While we would have expected this from home-made tapes, we did not expect poor sound from commercial tapes. The CDs were returned and a request was made to redo them. There was no discernable improvement in the redone batch. They also transferred vh tapes to DVDs. It helps to provide clearly labeled tapes and to specify how you want them organized on the DVDs (since they combine short videos--you do not get a DVD per video).
Description of Work: Music tapes were transferred to CDs. Video tapes were transferred to DVDs.
