The job was to install a new garage door opener to increase the height of my garage ceiling to install a car lift. Charles did an exceptional job figuring out all the material, custom rails, new rollers, hinges and door springs. He was relentless getting it installed properly. Charles did such a great job on our garage! He was the only one willing to take on our project on our ancient crooked garage- and he did amazing work!! He was nice to work with and communicated well throughout the process.

Charles was very informative, energetic, humorous and professional. We have ordered the doors last week, but they won't be installed until September. He is do some custom framing to complement with our historic (ca 1906) garage / carriage house.

Our doors have not been installed yet, but this isnâ t his fault. The contractor doing our garage has not finished the job and this is the problem!

Very good. There was a delay getting the door but install was excellent and he temporarily fixed the old door to ensure we had a working garage door in the meantime.

Fantastic experience! I required a 2 car garage door replacement and the opener. When I ordered the door Charles made it clear it would take a while to get the door delivered due to supply chain challenges during the pandemic, but my current door was such a mess it wouldn’t open at all so, at no additional charge, he replaced the springs on the spot with a temporary set and had the door operating perfectly until the new door arrived. The installation of the new door was super smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of door and opener and of course the service of Charles and his crew. I never leave comments but I this case I felt compelled given how exceptional the process and end result was!

I am 100% thrilled with my door, opener and the whole project. I patiently waited for my door to arrive, as like everything you order is delayed these days. Finally arrived and Charles called and installed within 3 days. Excellent work, such a perfectionist and fun to work with. This company should have a 5.0 rating, Highly Recommend!!
