Omg. he just a great person he makes you feel great about his work he is such an awesome person and I would remember this experience for a while.

I messed up my garage door by shutting it on my car. Charles came out the next day and fixed it in about an hour. He was friendly, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I thought I was going to have to replace it, but he fixed it and said there was no need to replace it. He charged a fair price and I would definitely use his services again.

I am a single parent with an extremely tight budget who was in need of an honest, reliable and cost effective Garage door repair and installation company. Frankly, I was not looking forward to navigating the sea of repairmen out there. However, recently I hired Revamp Garage Door Company and Charles Anderson, and I cannot recommend this company enough. From the initial consultation, to the finish, I was treated with professionalism, respect, and at the same time Charles was personable and even a bit entertaining as well. He LISTENED to my dilemma as well as accurately and cost effectively diagnosing my situation. His work was done promptly, he delivered what he promised, and everything was completed within a few days from start to finish. After final completion of the project, he left no trace that he had even been there, save for my brand new installed Garage door opener, and the other minor repairs that he did for me as well. Our garage door loudly struggled since it had been installed but we did not know how to fix it. The guys that originally installed it did not tell us anything about the system. Lately, the panel stopped working and the system was very glitchy. I called Charles at Revamp and he was able to pop over and assess the situation quickly. A couple of hours later, he came back with parts, and just like that, all was well! All the buttons work and it glides so smoothly. Bonus, Charles mentioned our system had an app that we could use anywhere in the world and a timer to make sure it was closed at night. We could not be happier with his amazing customer service and expertise. Wish we could give him 10 stars!

I was so impressed with the total experience with Revamp. Charles called me within minutes of my online search for a new door. Realizing he was 15 minutes from my home, he came, and much to my delight, he decided he could probably fix the door that I had backed into. Because of his expert skills, the work was completed in under an hour, and the door moves up and down with ease. I highly recommend Revamp Garage Door Company! From my first encounter, Charles is very professional, knowledgeable and personable.  He brings his skill set to the job - which he has many - but also a personable touch.  I thoght my garage door was beyond repair but Charles used his expertise to put it back together!  He was a pleasure to deal with, and would be an asset to many other jobs around the house!  I strongly suggest giving him a call!   Especially all you single ladies who aren't very handy with tools or just don't want to be bothered with the to-do list, Charles was a hoot to have around!!!  Did I mention he's single?!
