Our experience with RetoPros was very positive. In the second week of December we discovered that we had water leaking from a hidden pipe in our basement, causing extensive damage to the area. I went on line and randomly called RestoPros. I was connected with Jerry Davis without any waiting. He and John arrived at my house two hours later to assess the situation and clearly explain their procedures. They got us through a tough several days of a caotic situation. They dried and cleaned up the basement in time for us to still enjoy our Christmas. They are professional and excellent at their job: 5 stars! God bless them for being there for us!

John and Jerry were great from the first phone call I made on that Monday morning after my water leak in the basement. They came out and assessed the damage and were professional, courteous and honest. They explained in detail how they would complete the job over the next several days.
