Description of Work: Erik was very polite but not expedient or accommodating enough to meet our needs. We purchased our Panel Replacement & Whole House Surge Protection "Big Deal" on 11/18/13 for $849 and were not able to schedule that service until 23 days later, on 12/11/13. Erik lacked the urgency we required and forced us to contact an alternate electric company from Angie's list to speed up the completion of our electrical work. South Hills Electric showed up at our home within 24 hours and scheduled our electrical needs to be completed within 2 days. We were so impressed with the professionalism, promptness & level of service we received by South Hills Electric that we felt they deserved our business and requested a refund of our $849 "Big Deal" purchase.

Description of Work: Electrical Service panel replacement. Upgraded original 12 circuit panel to 24 circuits. Work was done in a timely and processfessional manner. 100% satified with the quality of the work. I would definitely contract with Renaissance Electric again.

Description of Work: Provider was very helpful in explaining the difference between the sale that I had purchased vs the actual work that I wanted done. Interactions were handled via phone and emailing pictures of the work.

Description of Work: Service provider came out to complete the work and determined my grounding was already adequate and did not need an upgrade. Provider offered another upgrade which I could purchase for additional money using the money I already paid as credit, but I have elected not to purchase another upgrade at this time.

I would consider his business for work in the future based simply on the good customer service. Erik and I discussed my financial concerns and he was quite understanding, kept the door open for future work.

Description of Work: We actually haven't had the service done yet, but that is my fault. My husband and my schedule have been very hectic and this company has been very patient with us in rescheduling not only once, but 3 times. They were very friendly and willing to work around our schedule. It is now scheduled for mid January.
