Our agent's marketing stratagey is good. She is also very realistic with home values in our area. She is very farmiliar with our market.

She was hands down, probably the best person we could ask for in that situation. We wanted to buy a house at Pittsburg and we were living at Connecticut at that time. So we made two trips to Pittsburg last fall, just to look at houses. She was very friendly and very talkative. She seemed interested in hearing about my fianc? and my impressions about the city. We probably spent 10 minutes talking before she gave a tour of the home. I really like that because it assured me that she was interested in learning about us. We didn?t like the house, but we liked her. We saw another house that we were interested in, but it wasn?t her listing. So, we asked if she could get us into the house. This was all on a Saturday and we hadn?t signed any paper work with her and didn?t have any official relationship with her at that point. We were only in the city for two days and so the timing was very important. She was very responsive. She arranged an appointment that was difficult to arrange. We made another trip and she showed us a nice variety of homes and in a nice variety of neighborhood.
