She was able to get my house sold in 7 days…it would have been sooner, but I needed time to wrap my head around the fact that my house sold so fast. A couple of years ago I was thinking of selling my house and made appointments with 5 real estate agents for me to basically interview for the job. I decided to not to list my house at that time. However, over the next couple of years Sue was the only real estate agent that continued to stay in touch. I wasn’t just added to a distribution list but received emails to touch base. Susan did an excellent job with giving advice and answering all our questions and concerns pertaining to the sale of the home. We had the home listed previously with another agent from another real estate company for six months and the house did not sell. After listing with Susan and listening to her suggestions for a couple of improvements, the house sold in six days.

Our home sold in just 9 days; she again showed her complete professionalism as she dealt with the inspection and the required repairs . I found Sue after a friend of mine recommended her to me after doing exhaustive research into the best realtors in the Pittsburgh area. She provided me with a plethora of information on the local market and answered the many questions I had as I was new to Pittsburgh. The first house I bought using her was a house I planned to flip and now that it is done, she is currently in the process of selling it. Throughout the flip, I was always in communication with her and would send her pictures on the progress. She would also come over from time to time and give her opinions which I always valued. I also got many contractors and handymen from her recommendations. Sue is very personable and hands-on and always gets back to me promptly.
