I had previously worked with Susan to sell a a relative's property, so based on my past experience, it was a no brainer to have her facilitate the sale of my home. Susan is an excellent real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable, personable and brings with her years of experience. That experience allows her to effectively balance prudence and aggressiveness during the process so that individuals she represents are positioned optimally to expeditiously and profitably sell their property. Susan has a firm grasp on real estate market trends and is excellent at determining the proper place to price a property optimally. Throughout the entire process, Susan is engaged, responsive, and proficient with the myriad of actions that have to be completed to facilitate the transaction. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Susan was very very very pro active, prompt, available, researched our questions and concerns and get us the necessary answers and/or information. Plus she is very easy to talk to. Which we feel is a real plus. She is the BEST! Susan went to our pre closing and our closing. We were not at the closing so she sat in and addressed all of the buyers concerns. We trust her 110%. Susan kept us in the loop at all times esp. at the closing. This was a Wonderful positive experience. I hope more people can enjoy her and experience our most favorable experience.

Susan was amazing to work with. She literally dropped what she was doing to take us to view a home we were interested in. She walked us through the processes step by step, from making an initial offer, counter offers. She kept us updated almost daily to let us know when inspections would be done, what paperwork needed to be submitted. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very personable.
