Her connections with service providers that could make necessary repairs quickly and efficiently was a huge plus and speaks to her high esteem in the industry. When a really unusual issue arose with an unrecorded mortgage satisfaction from 2003 from my late husband, Sue worked with the FDIC (who took over for the failed bank) and got the proof that was needed to close. To say that Sue went above and beyond at every step of the way is an understatement. There was never a time when I was in the dark about anything...she kept me apprised with near constant calls and texts. Selling a house, especially one where memories made are dear to you, can be a tough process. Sue made this as easy as possible and I cannot thank her enough.
