Susan did an excellent job with giving advice and answering all our questions and concerns pertaining to the sale of the home. We had the home listed previously with another agent from another real estate company for six months and the house did not sell. After listing with Susan and listening to her suggestions for a couple of improvements, the house sold in six days.

Everything went well.. Susan is very knowledgeable in the realastate sales and Local boro safety laws that I had to address prior to selling my home. Did not use her too long because we sold my house in 4 weeks.. And our closing date went thru without any issues..

In my mind, an agent is extraordinary when she/he answers all your questions, calms your anxiety, walks you through the details, is highly professional and...of course...sells your home. In cour case, we did not put the house on the market until mid-August; not the optimal time to sell your home with people getting kids ready to go back to school. Susan took AMAZING pictures of the house...twice...to show off its best qualities. She answered countless questions; she was extraordinary at every step of the process. Our home sold in just 9 days; she again showed her complete professionalism as she dealt with the inspection and the required repairs . Every person she recommended did excellent work for fair prices. I have, and will continue, to recommend her. She has been the consummate real estate professional. I found Sue after a friend of mine recommended her to me after doing exhaustive research into the best realtors in the Pittsburgh area. She provided me with a plethora of information on the local market and answered the many questions I had as I was new to Pittsburgh. The first house I bought using her was a house I planned to flip and now that it is done, she is currently in the process of selling it. Throughout the flip, I was always in communication with her and would send her pictures on the progress. She would also come over from time to time and give her opinions which I always valued. I also got many contractors and handymen from her recommendations. Sue is very personable and hands-on and always gets back to me promptly.
