The agent Justin Trainer informed me that I would I would receive my hand money $1500 if I got the house inspection done. I got the inspection done but never received my hand money back and was out of the inspection money. It's theft.

Excellent overall, definitely a great buyer's agent! I am a first-time home buyer from out of town and felt that I had the best experience in large part to Dawn and her group. When Dawn herself wasn't available for an appointment, she had a member of her group be there in her place and they were wonderful and extremely helpful. Dawn and her team were great during our home buying process. We weren't initially looking to buy, but saw a condo go up for sale that looked too good to be true...so we called Dawn...at 8 pm...on Saturday...and asked Dawn if she could show us the unit the next day, which was Easter Sunday! Dawn got us into the house we purchased as soon as it was listed. If we hadn't gotten to view the property right away we never would have gotten it. Dawn even helped us to make an offer the same night we viewed the property. Once we were under contract, Dawn and her team kept us on track to close smoothly. Dawn walked us through every component of the purchase, from the offer negotiation to the closing, and helped us to stay on track with the submission of all of the paperwork for the loan. The process of buying this property as an investment was complicated and I was very grateful to have such a knowledgeable person in our corner! She also recommended a great mortgage broker and closing agent, and they handled their respective tasks very professionally. We were able to have the closing on time and without any glitches.

I would like to comment on all three situations. 1) I will start with my experince looking for a home. Dawn showed my girlfriend and I some homes to buy. We worked with Dawn for about a month. She is extremely knowledgeable and will not steer you wrong. We ended up not buying a home at that time due to other circumstances. 2) About 5 months ago, a very good friend of mine looked like he was going to move for employment oppurtunities. Dawn listed his home and had it sold in a week for a very good price. That job oppurtunity fell thru and he did not move. Turned out that through negotiations the buyer backed out and the home did not sell which was great for my friend. 3) Another friend is having troubles making her mortgage payment (because of a divorce situation). She was concerned that she would not be able to sell her home without bringing a lot of money to the table. Dawn provided us comps in a couple of hours to show that it is possible to sell without going into foreclosure. She is still deciding what to do. I just want to point out that Dawn has not made a penny off of any of these situations so far. That often happens to Real Estate Agents. Her attitude thru all of these situations has been to give great service and the income will come from that. She has kept a great attitude and I am sure it will turn into listings and / or sales for her in the future. I have never once felt that Dawn has not given her best advice. I also have doen loans for some of her clients. I have never heard one of them say anything but good things about her. SHE IS A TOP FLIGHT PROFESSIONAL.
