Relax The Back

Description of Work: People who walk into this store suffer great pain due to backache. It is considered a high end luxury store and should have excellent service with some class considering their genre. The owner is a very short tempered, aggressive, haggard woman and should never ever be in customer service. I walked in requesting a small pillow I had been shown in the past for $25. The woman insisted I view only the nearly $200 pillows instead. After 20 minutes, when I located the pillows I had asked for near the front door, naturally I said "Here they are, why did n't you show these to me?" She literally opened the front door and told me to leave the store. Nothing in our interface merited this totally abnormal, violent reaction. I was deeply in pain and believe she was attempting the bait and switch. UNSAVORY BUSINESS PRACTICE. Completely bizarre and frightening experience because the last time I had been there, she thanked me profusely for being such a special and good customer! ...So, it can't be me. Bad experience. I am highly insulted. BEWARE
