I was recommended this company by a friend. I had used them a year or so ago for minor repairs, but didn't have as bad a time. This time around, I started calling them in mid-August and it took them a week to get out to look at the house for an estimate. The arrived without any equipment, and said they would call back with the estimate. That took another week. When I finally scheduled the work with them, they were unable to schedule it until 9/8 but they said they couldn't complete the work that day because it was raining. On 9/9 they said their truck broke down and they were unable to complete the work, but they would arrive "first thing" the next day. On 9/10, they showed up when I had already gone to the airport for a weekend trip, and tried to reschedule the work for when I got back. I told them to complete the work while I was away and they objected at first because I wouldn't be present to pay upon completion. I finally convinced them to finish the work, but a couple weeks later, the roof is leaking in the same spot during a rainstorm. Now I am trying to get a refund. Do not use this company!
