Description of Work: Painted living room walls, ceiling, and crown. Also painted smaller office walls and crown.

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased with the job RK Painting did, and with their professionalism. It so happened that we were in need of having our house painted when Robert saw me working in our yard. He approached me and told me he was painting another house in the neighborhood and would I be interested in a free estimate. I told him yes, and since his price was so reasonable and our house really did need painting, we hired him. He came when he said he would be there and finished when he said he would finish. He and his partner worked hard and carefully. I would hire them again to paint our interior when it comes time to hire again. We even had a neighbor look at the job they did and ask for his info so they could get an estimate for their house.
Description of Work: Robert (Owner/Operator) helped me choose my colors for the exterior of the house. We have a Victorian fascade so we use three shades: the main color, and two trim colors, one lighter and one darker than the primary shade. He and his partner power washed the whole house with a diluted bleach solution, calked the whole house, repaired some cedar boards and replaced fifty feet of old cedar with new. It then took three full days to paint (with two days temporarily cut short by rain in the afternoon).

 + -1 moreHe did a great job and paid great attention to detail. He was able to start the job quickly and get it done quickly. He was very accomodating to our scheduling needs. His work was very meticulous and neat. Overall I am very satisfied with the way everything turned out.
Description of Work: Rich painted our newly refinished basement, laundry room and walls in the stairwell leading to the basement as well as all doors, baseboards and trim.

Description of Work: Painting of large bedroom, removal of wallpaper border. The walls were green, the window trim, molding and ceiling were white. All surfaces got at least 2 coats of paint. There was also a large closet.
