 + -1 moreExcellent. They were very prompt in giving us an estimate. They were very prompt in setting up a time to do the work. They arrived on time. They were extremely neat and very courteous and delivered everything they promised. We will be using them again.

 + -1 moreThey were prompt and came in to do the work on short notice (I wanted to get the work done before my furniture arrived. The job was completed in 3 days, with minimal oversight from me. I did have to call them back because a spot (in the middle of the living room) did not take the polyurathane and looked completely different than the rest of the room. They came back immediately and fixed the problem with no difficulty. The floors look lovely.
Description of Work: They refinished the floors in 3 rooms of my new house and did a very good job. The work included sanding, removing some tile and e coats of polyeurathane.

 + -1 moreHe gave us a lot of detail about what he would be doing and the product he was doing. He seemed to have good experience and know what he was doing. He was very prompt in replying to our request for estimate and gave us good information about what he would do and what it would take repair the floors. He seemed like he would be good and now we are weighing our options.

 + -1 moreJeff provided an estimate of both costs and time which were accurate. After providing samples and following our subsequent decision, he recommended a wholesaler/supplier which delivered the new wood to our house the same week. Jeff started the job the same day as the wood arrived and worked diligently to meet a deadline we established as we had a tenant moving in following renovations. Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and certainly skilled. He will be welcome back to do any flooring projects we have in the future.
Description of Work: Removed existing flooring (including sub-floor in many areas) and installed new hardwood and bathroom tile. Finished new hardwood as well.
