 + -1 moreI am extremely satisfied with the work performed and my contact, Fred, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Fred responded immediately to my inquiry and gave me an estimate the following day. I was also happy to learn that they could reuse the rock I already had, rather than spend additional funds on inter-locking blocks, as I was primarily concerned with function over appearance. I have had difficulty in the past even obtaining estimates for this project, as I needed experience in building a functional retaining wall that could withstand storm water run-off of up to 3 feet in depth.
Description of Work: Using 3 tons of river rock that I had on hand, they rebuilt approx 36 lf of creek bank using 6-8'' limestone rip rap to prevent further erosion. Also, installed a rubber liner underneath the new creek bank. Installed approx 6 lf of subsurface french drain from pond to creek using 2'' river gravel and re-level area of yard that has sunk.
