I had an appt for 2:00 pm. They called in the middle of the week and changed it to 3:00pm. They never showed up until almost 5:00. I had to keep calling the store to find out where they were. I told her that I should have been notified that they were running behind in their other jobs. Once they finally got there, they lifted up one of the counters and put a gouge in my oak drawer. The one guy was upset, the older one just waived it off as if it was no big deal. I called the company back again and told them I wanted compensated for the drawer and my time. I sent a picture of the drawer and they took $100 off of my costs. They also gave me the cutting board for free. (the edges were to be polished for $50). When they brought the largest piece in, the shop had incorrectly put a bullnose edge on the side that faces the refrigerator so the countertop didn't fit. I called them back again and told them about it, they compensated me for the amt of granite that had to be removed to make it fit. Fortunately they could remove the edge on site, unfortunately they had to do it in my garage as it was raining. They made somewhat of an attempt to sweep the granite dust off of one side of the garage, but my garage was a disaster, with so much dust in my boots, shoes, gardening supplies, gears of our bikes, tools, etc. They did a great job getting it to fit. When they were drilling the holes for faucet, they left the box cutter on the counter and it fell off with the vibration blade first into my laminate floor. I did not get compensated for that. They tried to give me the cutting board without the polished edges. I told him they were to be polished and he said he wasn't going to do it. I had to get my husband to make him do it. I am pretty sure that these poor guys were so exhausted from having to fix all of the mistakes that were made at the shop, that they were making errors at my house. There is definitely a communication gap, at least for our order, but seeing how long it took them to install, and fix the mistakes on our kitchen, and ours was a small project relatively speaking, I can only imagine that is what put them behind to arrive at our house so late.They finally left my house at 7:30. It was not a pleasant experience at all, especially for the amount of money spent on this. The end result is very beautiful, except I cannot get my off of the gouge in my drawer.

Excellent service throughout the process. Got the Angie's list discount with no problem. Were able to save money by selecting from remnant slabs for smaller counters in bathrooms. Very friendly. No frills. Quotes were accurate. Estimator came to our house for final measurements and obviously did a good job, because everything went together extremely well at installation. Inside sales person was really working hard to make sure we had a good installation and called andsent pictures of slabs before fabrication to make sure we were OK. Installation went very well and workmanship exceeded by expectations. It looks great, and I loved donig business with this company - they seemed focused on doing a good job, not talking fast and pushing for high dollars.

The put two different pieces together and they don't match, there is a huge difference and it looks awful. They keep saying it came from one contentious slab and there is no way, it changes right at the seem, its looks like knight and day.

They where very easy to reach. They had the fastest turn around from everyone that I looked into. The countertops where installed and they look great. The workers that came to install didn't speak the best English, however they managed. I would recommend them and use them again because of the foundations and price. However that are not the most advanced as they measure by hand. Also I would be around when they install the countertops, I caught one of the workers getting ready to hear up his food in our brand new microwaves.

We originally believed we would only be able to afford laminate counter tops for our kitchen remodel. We started to price granite for peace of mind, and couldn't believe how comparable the price is for granite. We worked with Jade through the entire process. Missy is the main contact noted for the company, but we worked with Jade since the first day we walked in for a "rough estimate." Whey they came out to do the template for the work order and final estimate, there was only a $100 difference in price. We were very pleased and relieved by this. The work was scheduled to be completed on less than two weeks. Jade actually contacted us and offered to have the work completed a week earlier when an appointment became available. The two gentlemen who did the install were very prompt, organized, and did not leave any mess when the work was complete. Install took less than two hours. They were so quiet and efficient, it was easy to forget they were in the house! We noticed a patch/chip in a back splash piece when the crew left, and my husband called the following day to address this. They came back out to replace the piece within three days, and the work took approximately 30 minutes at no charge to us. We had some questions regarding the install that Jade was not able to answer before we signed the contact, but the employees who did the install were very knowledgeable, especially regarding mounting the dishwasher and routing cabinet space so the sink would fit. The work was very clean and professionally done. We did not experience any problems with a language barrier. We actually quoted identical granite at K&S, which is down the street. The man there had said a few bad things about Quality Granite. That rubbed me the wrong way, because I feel that is not the right way to do business. In addition, K&S was about $500 more. I did my on research on the issues in question and read all the great Angie's List reviews for Quality Granite (K&S had only one "C" review at the time.) We didn't select Quality Granite simply because they were the best price. We selected them because we thought we were getting the best value and service. We are very pleased with our experience. We LOVE our new counter tops!!!

We were doing some renovation in our kitchen including replacing our countertops. We are very very pleased with Quality Granite Outlet. Overall experience from the beginning to the end was great. We are so happy with our new granite countertop. It looks great in our kitchen. They are very professional. The installers are extremely careful and knowledge. We picked a granite that is called Giallo Fiorito. It goes perfect with our cherry cabinets. We highly recommend this company. Definitely we will hire them again in the future.

The service wasn't good. They had to come back to fix some things.

The seal on our undermount sink was coming loose and the sink was in danger of falling. We called Quality Granite Outlet and they sent someone out within the next couple of days to repair it. The contractor was very professional and took care of the sealing quickly. The price they charged was extremely reasonable. We have not had any issues since. We would definitely work with them again for any kitchen counter needs.

They were fine. Their price was number one. There was a little bit of a problem and it took a little bit of work to get them to fix it. They finally did and I just had to be persistent. Their price was the third last than any other price that I received. I'm going to be using them again and I have already gotten the prices. I think can work with them to get what I want and save some money in the process.

It all went fairly smoothly, except where the old cooktop area countertop was side nailed into a taller cabinet. When the old section of countertop was removed, it left visible damage to the wood on the side of the taller cabinet. Quality Granite personnel were able to make additional side splashes out of remaining material to cover both sides (the original design did not have side splashes on that section of countertop). These were made onsite and did not delay completion of the job. The arrived when they said they would, finished on schedule, and cleaned up when they left. The final result was excellent and undoubtedly helped sell our house.

I paid $1,100 for the job. The service and the countertops were excellent. I really loved the color and I loved the price. They were a little more expensive than another company, but I got beautiful countertops from this company. I actually fixed the countertops myself since it is very expensive to get the granite countertops installed. I saved the cost of installation and I am very happy with it. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

When we visited the showroom, a young woman helped us. She was very knowledgable and polite. She was a great help. Tehy arrived at the time set, and worked quietly and quickly. Only one area that we were slightly unhappy with, was they didn't tell us that they would not be connecting the plumbing at the sink, after replacing it. Luckily my husband could do it, or we would have been without the kitchen sink until a plumber could do this.

From the start these folks are all about following up. They confirmed times and specifications. Loved that! My countertops look great. Every appointment was punctual. I would recommend this company. I wasn't aware that the granite surface needed a sealer at the time of my initial inquiry. Not a big deal, however, once I applied the sealer, I needed to wait another 24 hours before putting the kitchen back together. If you are hiring a plumber to put the faucet in after the workers complete the countertop installation, make sure you let them know they have to wait about 4 hours to do so. I have about 13 feet of countertop and it took them from 1:30pm until 4pm to complete the work. My only recommendation to the company is when they come to measure the job and perform the estimate, they need to leave a summary of the work that they will be doing as well as any expectations from the customer. Other than that, I give this company a thumbs up!!

This experience has been pleasant from beginning to end. From my first visit when I got a rough estimate for new granite tops for my kitchen cabinets to the installation of the granite, I was impressed with the service. All work proceeded according to schedule with professionalism throughout. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after their work, and did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend Quality Granite Outlet to friends and family.

It was good overall. They did the work exactly on the time they had promised. Their price was on the cheaper side. They were local company and not a chain of company so it was easy to work with them. Overall I was satisfied with them. They were nice. I would use them in the future.

They had the best price. They did an excellent job and they were on time. Early after we ordered the granite kitchen countertop, they were here. The difficulty I had with them was that when they were phoned, I always could not understand them on the telephone. They did have an English speaking office staff, so it was just somebody else. It was difficult to communicate with them and that was the only problem. I would use their service in the future too.

Shopped around but came back to Quality. They had a great selection of both cabinets and granite. Very nice, professional and helpful. Came very promptly after cabinet installation and measured for granite. 2 days later, they installed granite. They were meticulous and prompt. Kitchen looks awesome. Only downfall is there is no delivery service for cabinets and they don't like to warehouse them so be prepared to have way to pick up when they are built. Otherwise, they are excellent.

We had a good experience with Quality Granite. The price was great...beat other granite companies by a lot! They showed up on time and the installation was great. I have already referred a friend and they just had their countertops installed last week. It looks great as well!

Quality Granite Outlet was very professional and they got the job done. The problem was that there was a bit of a language barrier. My husband wanted to make sure that the seams in the countertop were done and the language barrier prevented that from happening. We ended up calling the owner and they resolved the problem. If you want something affordable but not the highest quality of work then you should use Quality Granite Outlet.

I had received bids from several companies in the area, but Quality's prices were substantially lower. They were courteous and responsive to all our questions. They even let us come by the shop while they were in the process of fabricating the counter. Installation went smoothly, and took even less time than they had estimated. The counter is beautiful.
