I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CHEAP IT WAS TO GET THIS SHOE FIXED. I WAS VERY SURPRISED AT WHAT A GREAT DEAL IT WAS. I TOOK THE SHOE IN AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO THE WOMAN BEHIND THE DESK. IT WAS DONE IN A WEEK, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS QUICK. WHEN I PICKED UP THE SHOES, THE SASSY OLD LADY WHO WAS WORKING BEHIND THE DESK GAVE ME A LITTLE GRIEF ABOUT LOSING MY SLIP - UNDERSTANDABLE, I SUPPOSE. THE WORK DONE ON THE SHOE IS UNNOTICEABLE; THE FIT IS AS GOOD AS ALWAYS.
Description of Work: I HAVE A PAIR OF EXPENSIVE DOC MARTENS MARY JANE SHOES THAT I LOVED TO WEAR, AND UNFORTUNATELY THE ELASTIC THAT HELD THE BUCKLE ONTO THE SHOE BROKE. IT WAS A SIMPLE REPAIR, SO I TOOK THEM DOWN TO QUALITY CARE CLEANERS, WHICH ADVERTISES SHOE REPAIR AS WELL AS DRY CLEANING SERVICES.

THE CLEANERS IS WELL RUN. THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY. IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS, THEY WILL SETTLE THEM IN A GOOD MANNER.
