 + -1 moreWe had several other companies out before Q-Dot and none of them seemed to get it. The owner and the workers at Q-Dot were very personable, professional, and clean. The owner has a great business philosophy. The technician was a great troubleshooter. He took the units apart, cleaned the parts, put them all back together and made sure everything worked properly. They were very neat. The tech showed up at 8:30 and didn't leave until 5. He stayed busy the whole time and even missed his lunch. We live in a condo and the elevator was being serviced so the tech had to walk up and down the stairs all day. He never complained once. They were honest and stuck with the original estimate, even though the tech was there twice as long as originally planned. They were just great to work with!
