At PPC, we don't love pests but we love what we do! Ridding our clients homes and businesses of rodents and creepy bugs and insects is our top priority! Let us do the dirty work so you can enjoy your clean and safe home or office.

Services we offer

Residential and Commercial Properties - Interior and Exterior pest control (ants, roaches, termites, bed bugs, bees / wasps, stink bugs, fleas, moths, spiders, silverfish, mosquito infestations, rates, mice, moles and more). We offer maintenance plans for treatments that need to be done on a regular basis (monthly, bimonthly, yearly, etc.) Some treatments only need to be done in one application. We also do pre-construction inspections and treatments & existing home inspections.

The service was okay it the follow up that was a nightmare. I called to get a copy of the warranty and receipt and was told my warranty was set to expire. Once I said I was not interested in renewing and just wanted to documentation the owners entire demeanor changed and he become threatening and unresponsive. He yelled at my fiance, hung up the phone and refused to answer. Luckily we had another contact at the company and were able to have a civil discussion and get the paperwork we needed although it took several requests and days of follow up.

Great! Bruce comes out when promised. His work is thorough. On both occasions he returned to make sure the treatment worked.
Description of Work: I have used Premier once prior to this review for a rodent problem. This time they treated rental property for cricket infestation in the garage.

Jason from PPC was professional. He answered our every concern and question timely. He explained the process of exterminating bed bugs and described how they could have gotten into our home in the first place. He gave us a detailed list of what to do to prepare for his visit, which was extremely helpful. Jason was on time and so nice. He even called us the evening of our extermination appointment to check if we had questions. Bed bugs are hard to get rid of, and PPC was there to retreat our home quickly. We hired PPC to provide preventive sprays and treatment on the inside and outside of our homes too because we were so pleased. We have had no occurrences of centipedes, ants, wasps, or bed bugs since this treatment. We are pleased and would recommend this company to anyone!

Description of Work: We had a wonderful experience with Premier, despite the awful experience of discovering bedbugs in our home. Jason came out the very next day, gave us an estimate, and set up a time for extermination with Bill. We were especially stressed out since we discovered bedbugs three days before we were to leave for vacation. Bill came out to our home for our treatment and was so kind, professional, and reassuring. I was very freaked out to find that we had bedbugs, and didn't sleep for days afterwards.... Bill did a great job. We followed all of Jason's instructions for preparation. This included heat treating every piece of clothing and put them in bins. We did pitch bedding, the bed, and the headboard.....eventually. Upon returning from vacation, we moved the headboard, and discovered a few stragglers. I, of course, freaked out again, and called Jason. Bill came out within two days and treated the bedroom again. We have not seen anything since. Awesome company.
