Dave ran my credit and sent me my reports. THAT WAS ALL...... I guess he thought that we were not worth the work or he was not going to make enough from this purchase. There was no correspondence from him once he sent the reports via email. I emailed him about non-traditional lines that the FHA recognizes and mandates that all banks look at to qualify for the FHA loans, since he said that they did not use them we . I received NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!. Well I took things into my own hands and I just was pre-approved for my house, no Thanks to this company!
Description of Work: I reached out to this company based upon other reviews that I read. I had a unique situation where we did not have a real estate agent involved and went to them with questions, wanting their consultation on my situation. I spoke with Dave. He talked to me about my situation. He discussed my options and said that they would need to pull my credit. I let him know that my credit was not great, but needed to know what would need to be done to get the financing.
