+ -1 moreI thought the original service was fine. In fact the friend who referred me to Precision Pest also used the service at his house and his mothers. In 2010, I called to renew. They sent out the document and I sent the check. I call to renew in 2011 and did not get in touch with the company. I left numerous messages and gave them every opportunity to respond. They did not. I had to have the full service reperformed by another company as the swarmers came back in 2011.
Description of Work: My original service was in 2009 and renewed in 2010. I contacted Precision Pest for my 2011 renewal and they did not respond. I left several messages, but no response. The agreement was that there was an annual renewal, however, the company did not automatically send out the renewal, the customer had to contact them. Originally, I thought this was a good company, but now I would not recommend this company at all. Note the service date is approximate.

+ -1 moreExcellent service. When I had doubts about the inspection, calls were promptly returned and property was even re-inspected to ensure I was happy with the work!
Description of Work: Full inspection of house for all wood boring insects. Checked exterior and interior of house and detached garage.
